LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort Celebrates the Release of The LEGO® NINJAGO® Movie at LEGO NINJAGO® WORLD

SINGAPORE, 22 September 2017 – Join your favorite ninjas – Lloyd, Jay, Kai, Cole, Zane and Nya – at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort, LEGO® NINJAGO® WORLD, to celebrate the Singapore opening of the all-new, big screen animated adventure The LEGO NINJAGO Movie, from Warner Bros. Pictures, in theaters nationwide on 22 September 2017.

The latest in the Warner Bros. Pictures LEGO franchise, “The LEGO NINJAGO Movie” stars Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Fred Armisen, Abbi Jacobson, Olivia Munn, Kumail Nanjiani, Michael Peña, Zach Woods, and the legendary Jackie Chan, as the battle for NINJAGO City calls to action young Master Builder Lloyd, aka the Green Ninja, along with his friends, who are all secret ninja warriors. Led by Master Wu, as wise-cracking as he is wise, they must defeat evil warlord Garmadon, The Worst Guy Ever, who also happens to be Lloyd’s dad. Pitting mech against mech and father against son, the epic showdown will test this fierce but undisciplined team of modern-day ninjas who must learn to pull together to unleash their inner power.

“The launch of the LEGO NINJAGO movie is a great opportunity for fans to extend their NINJAGO world from home to the big screen, as well as to the physical playground at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. We have built a universe of imagination for fans to discover their inner ninjas while spending quality time together,” said Kurt Stocks, general manager of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

In line with this highly anticipated film, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort has launched a series of activities that will allow aspiring ninja kids and families to hone their ninja skills at the LEGO NINJAGO WORLD training camp. The activities include learning the wisdom of Master Wu, tapping on inner imagination to build the LEGO Monastery of Spinjitsu, mastering the various elements of a ninja warrior through engaging games and more.  After mastering their ninja skills, guests will put their skills to test at the LEGOLAND NINJAGO The Ride – a fully immersive 4D dark-ride combining unique hand gesture technology for an enhanced interactive experience.

To further immerse in the NINJAGO world, guests can enjoy a stay at the newly launched NINJAGO themed rooms at LEGOLAND Malaysia Hotel. Ninja lovers can now spend the night with beloved LEGO NINJAGO heroes such as Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd, Nya and Master Wu. The highlights of these rooms are the NINJAGO décor made of LEGO bricks – a customary feature at all LEGOLAND properties – from Zane’s titanium falcon, huge dragon eggs to ninja throwing stars. NINJAGO-themed sleeping quarters complete the ninja-lodging experience, with bunk and trundle beds themed as a dragon’s cave where little ninjas prepare for a good night’s sleep.

No doubt, from dining at LEGOLAND Hotel Kai’s Sushi Bar, watching a ninja live puppet show at NINJAGO & The Realm of Shadows, fighting as a ninja in the 4D NINJAGO The Ride, and finally living like a ninja at the NINJAGO themed rooms, there’s no better place to elevate your family’s NINJAGO experience than at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.
