  • Hero Access Pass does not include theme park entry. Park admission will need to be purchased separately. All guests ages 3 years old and above are required to purchase an admission ticket for entry to the Park.  
  • There will be times when Hero Access Pass holders will be required to wait past their allotted wait time due to unforeseen circumstances.​
  • For assistance in Park, please visit the Guest Service booth located in The Beginning.​​
