MAINTENANCE
This role is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park. You have a completely hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The M&E Technician will support all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort.
Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
Responsible for assisting Model Builder team in replicating, installing and maintaining Miniland and parkwide LEGO models. Model Builder IV is also will be responsible to perform cleaning works to ensure LEGO Models are always in good and presentable at all times.

SALES & MARKETING
Reply and respond to guests’ enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products & services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation. This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.

FINANCE
Ensure the smooth running of the IT department and to ensure the network infrastructure, application and equipment are maintained in good condition to support the business operations in the resort. You are responsible to ensure the ongoing availability and development of the IT systems and infrastructure so that users can use systems and processes to provide a high quality contemporary service to our guests. You are also to ensure all system users are adhering to the Merlin policy and keep Merlin’s information safe and secure.
Work closely with senior leadership team to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan. This role utilizes both quantitative and qualitative analysis of all operational aspects of a company in order to evaluate the company’s progress toward achieving its goals and to map out future goals and plans. FP&A Analysts consider economic and business trends, review past company performance, and attempt to anticipate obstacles and potential problems, all with an eye toward forecasting a company’s future financial results.
Ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of Legoland Malaysia are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting guidelines. Establish and implement a system of revenue and inventory control in all area of operations. Manage the functioning of the Galaxy, Clarity, Navision and ERS system. Ensure all revenue and balance sheet accounts are balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day
HOTEL
Front Office Assistant responsible for guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. The Associate shall provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.
Work under the direction of the Chief Steward and Steward Supervisor to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, banquet and all kitchen operating equipment, stores and refrigerators and related areas.
Bell Attendant responsible to assist Bell Captain in welcoming and escorting guests with their baggage to and from their rooms during check-ins and check-outs. You also will responsible to handle luggage and other baggage carefully and safely.
Provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards and to clean guest floors and surrounding service areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.
Trains, supports and leads Model Citizen in performing their job duties to the highest possible level. Controls cash, labor and food preparation and presentation within LEGOLAND Malaysia standard and policy. Leads by example in guest service to ensure guest orders are processed in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsible for receiving products, the daily setup and clear down of the front and back of house restaurant operation. Supports and assists the Supervisor in the daily operation of the assigned unit(s). Needs working knowledge of LEGOLAND Malaysia safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards and polices.
F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant and F&B outlets efficiently and in a most courteous manner. You must process the guest requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you must have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Responsible to ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen to prepare high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engage in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times following the instructions of the Chef.
PARK OPERATIONS
Overseeing the day-to-day park operations activities to ensure service deliveries meet our guests’ expectation and all activities are in compliance to the safety standard in placed. Areas of responsibilities include Attractions, Admission, Education and Superhero. This role requires you to provide leadership, direction, to the team and work alongside the team to maintain and deliver a memorable experience to our guests that leads to our revenue growth. Your responsibilities also include periodical review of the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure it is updated and relevant to the current business requirement. In addition, You are in charge of developing/maintaining operational reporting documents, development and compliance trackers on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis to support in analyzing the operational performance. You are to coordinate with all operating departments to ensure sufficient Duty Management training, coverage and quality to guarantee a smooth and compliant daily operation of the resort.

The Attractions Supervisor is to provide operational support to the Attractions Department. You are responsible to oversee the day-to-day park rides and their operations. You will manage the area of Team Leads, including making their schedules, approving orders, dealing with employee discipline to recruiting new employees.
Responsible for supporting the daily theme park attractions operations. You will support the Attractions Supervisors in manpower planning, assigning duties to Attractions Assistants, handling daily employee issues and providing guidance to new team members. In addition, you are also responsible for your team’s productivity, competency that leads to building high performance team and delivering highest standard of guest satisfaction. EVENTS & ENTERTAINMENT
Oversees and leads the daily operations of the resort’s entertainment and events planning from show development, event planning, character appearances to daily operations. The responsibility embraces the leadership, recruitment, training and daily leadership of all staff within these areas.
coordinate the daily operations of the E&E department in Theme Park & Water Park including Shows, parades, activities and costume appearances. You shall have a great passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences and help guests immersed in all shows and entertainment. Responsible for daily Park operations to assure smooth operations of our shows, costume appearances and other activities, plotting and deploying staff into shows and appearances. Leading the Entertainment team, Senior Entertainers are responsible for supporting performers and MC’s, be a role model when on stage and off.
Support the entire shows/performances in the resort. Performances include playing character roles or puppeteers who control and animate puppets for the Ninjago live performance and any other entertainment related tasks. WATER PARK
Responsible to execute task assigned to support the day-to-day Water park Operations including manning strategies, action plans, selection/interview, coaching, planning for staff members’ development and their well-being. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard.
Responsible to execute task assigned to support the day-to-day Water Park Operations including manpower scheduling, assigning tasks to team mates, coaching, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, test rides and the well-being of the team members. You will oversee the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents and ensuring the comfort of our guest in the Water Park area. You are to work amicably with all team members in the department to ensure all Attractions areas are clean and safe to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.
Responsible for overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests. You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned. You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.
COMMERCIAL
The functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.
Ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.
Assist the Chef De Partie to produce high quality food and support him in managing kitchen operations as well as following standard kitchen operation procedures to ensure a smooth and well oriented kitchen at all times.

This role is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the Employee Engagement activities and the day-to-day welfare of the employees in our resort. You will be responsible for contributing to and delivering LLMR’s Employee Engagement strategy across the business to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention. You will work closely with HR Director or her/his representative to create resort engagement strategy and responsible for the execution and communication as it related to employee engagement initiatives.
HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY
Render first aid assistance to guests and employees in a safe environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the First Aid Standard Procedure. You are always the first one at the scene of the accident and are responsible for the initial assessment of a patient’s condition.
