MAINTENANCE

This role is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park.  You have a completely hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The M&E Technician will support all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort.

The role requires you to supervise day-to-day operations of the entire Facility M&E equipment i.e. HVAC System, Fire life Safety Systems, Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, CCTV, Door Access systems, and Wing Speed Monitoring systems for Theme Park, Water Park, and Sea Life which includes overseeing of building maintenance, and contractor work administration and safety management.

Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Facility Technician is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the hotel property.  You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the hotel property. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

The role of Audio Visual Technician is responsible for maintaining the entire AV equipment in the Park including AV indoor and outdoor lighting, animation, sound reinforcement, projectors, and other related equipment are functional and in good condition

 

Water Quality Technician is responsible for pool, water feature, plant rooms, and chemical rooms cleaning and maintenance. Duties also include assisting the Water Quality team to perform water quality sampling/testing and water chemical handling.

SALES & MARKETING

The role is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and to direct a comprehensive partnership and promotional plan for LEGOLAND Malaysia.  This includes developing strategies and partnerships to meet revenue and other objectives, ensuring consistency with LEGO values. You are to create strategic alliances with key marketing partners to enhance awareness and generate attendance for LEGOLAND Malaysia. You will manage and oversee promotions, sponsorship agreements and programs.

Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for continually enhancing LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort’s brand and focusing on all digital platforms; mainly the company’s website, social, CRM, Ecommerce/ticketing and all digital marketing channels. You will also be responsible for executing new strategies in increasing brand awareness and driving conversion as well as providing communications support to develop a strong brand name and image of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

FINANCE

As a key member of the senior leadership team you are responsible to oversee all company financial activities to ensure it stays in strong financial standing and  ensuring the business is supported on all financial matters and ensuring that all financial obligations are met. 

Ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of Legoland Malaysia are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting guidelines. Establish and implement a system of revenue and inventory control in all area of operations. Manage the functioning of the Galaxy, Clarity, Navision and ERS system. Ensure all revenue and balance sheet accounts are balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day.

Responsible for providing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support and accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Director or his representative. You shall act as a resource and point of contact for coordinating internal and external projects, meetings or departmental initiatives. 

HOTEL

The role of Guest Service Manager is to oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. This position represents in the important area of relations with the guest, resolving any guest related situation. You are responsible to take care of the hotel guest requirements and handle effectively their complaints and take action where service or equipment is not functioning.

Front Office Assistant responsible for guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. The Associate shall provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.

F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant and F&B outlets efficiently and in a most courteous manner. You must process the guest requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you must have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Work under the direction of the Chief Steward and Steward Supervisor to ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, banquet and all kitchen operating equipment, stores and refrigerators and related areas.

Bell Attendant responsible to assist Bell Captain in welcoming and escorting guests with their baggage to and from their rooms during check-ins and check-outs. You also will responsible to handle luggage and other baggage carefully and safely.

Responsible to oversee the day to day operations of the Hotel main kitchen and a supporting role to the a la carte restaurants. You will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to manage food provisions, assist with guest queries, and control costs. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative functions.

Commis I is responsible to ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities.  Maintain high quality food taste and presentation and to guide Commis II & III team members in food preparation. You will be preparing and cooking food while ensuring process efficiency to achieve a smooth operation at all times

PARK OPERATIONS

Responsible for development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for Park Attractions, Admissions, Reservation, Security, Entertainment, Costumes & Wardrobe, Education Programs, Product Excellence and Waterpark. Directs and manages park operations for LEGOLAND Malaysia including the above areas, including the quality of our guest experience. Coordinates with all operating departments to ensure sufficient Duty Management coverage to ensure smooth daily operation of the Park.

Oversees and leads the daily operations of the resort’s entertainment and events planning from show development, event planning, character appearances to daily operations. The responsibility embraces the leadership, recruitment, training and daily leadership of all staff within these areas.

The role of Events Assistant is to support the entire event in the resort. You shall have a great passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences and help guests immersed in all shows and entertainment.

 

Legoland Malaysia Resort places a high importance on Health and Safety as well as guest satisfaction in order for our guests to fully enjoy their visit. The role of the Training & Compliance Manager for Operations is to support the Director of Operations in implementing high level of training as well as ensuring a consistent compliance in the department. The objective being to deliver memorable experiences to our valuable guests.

The role requires you to manage rides attractions operations in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and safety standard. You will be assisting the Director of Operations and the team in achieving the departmental goal. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.

Responsible for supervising, monitoring, and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. The Admission Assistant role is responsible to execute tasks assigned by Team Lead / Supervisors on daily admission operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the basic ability to communicate, interact and educate the guests by exhibiting your professionalism.

The Senior Education Assistant role is to work together and support the Education Assistants to immerse guest in the Technic and Imagination Zone. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences.

The Admission Supervisor is to provide operational support to the Admission Department. You are responsible for the information service, ticket sales, online support, cash handling, answering guest’s enquiries on VIP and Educational Programs, admission and ticket control. In addition, you are also responsible for your people’s development and competency that leads to building high performance team and delivering highest standard of guest satisfaction.

The Attractions Supervisor is to provide operational support to the Attractions Department. You are responsible to oversee the day-to-day park rides and their operations. You will manage the area of Team Leads, including making their schedules, approving orders, dealing with employee discipline to recruiting new employees. 

 

 

 

The Superhero Squad is responsible for executing the daily assignment to support the day-to-day business operations in the respective outlet within the Park Operations or Commercial Operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences

WATER PARK

Overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests.  You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned.  You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.

Oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.

SEALIFE

Responsible for the monitoring of management of animal health, nutrition, environmental quality, water quality and psychological well-being, quarantine and daily care of a living collection of all animals at SEA LIFE Malaysia (SLCM) by providing required veterinary expertise. Direct input to Animal Health Enquire (AHE) process, where required within SLCM. Communicating and liaising with Global Lead Veterinary Consultant and SLCM Curator regarding on issues related to animal health and management.

COMMERCIAL

The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.

The functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.

HUMAN RESOURCES

The Head of HR works with the Divisional Director an Leadership Team to set and drive the Strategy, Master Plan and Tactical Plan for the resort ad ensures that a strong framework is in place to support the achievement of key Resort KPI’s and Targets. This role will create and drive the HR strategy and plan across the Resort to deliver both short and long terms goals and provide strong leadership and direction for the HR function

This role is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the Employee Engagement activities and the day-to-day welfare of the employees in our resort. You will be responsible for contributing to and delivering LLMR’s Employee Engagement strategy across the business to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention.  You will work closely with HR Director or her/his representative to create resort engagement strategy and responsible for the execution and communication as it related to employee engagement initiatives.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

The key role is to support the Executive Office at the most senior level. Reporting to the Divisional Director, this position will be required to support the day to day work of the Divisional Director, support the LLMR Senior Management meetings, organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Executive office.

HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY

The Safety & Security Manager role is to drive and maintain a culture of 'Safety First', and proactively provide leadership and guidance on security matters, policy and security risks within LLM Resort.  You are to develop and maintain the Merlin & local security strategy to ensure a high standard safety and focus on creating a culture of safety first and ensuring that there is continuous improvement on these initiatives.

As Park Ranger your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.

 As Paramedic, your task is to render first aid assistance to guests and employees in a safe environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance with the First Aid Standard Procedure. You are always the first one at the scene of the accident and are responsible for the initial assessment of a patient’s condition

As Driver, your task is to support the Security Operations to provide a professional, safe, efficient, and reliable transport service for all MCs and responsible for the protection of the vehicle of the company
