Ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of Legoland Malaysia are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting guidelines. Establish and implement a system of revenue and inventory control in all area of operations. Manage the functioning of the Galaxy, Clarity, Navision and ERS system. Ensure all revenue and balance sheet accounts are balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day.

Overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests.  You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned.  You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.

Ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.

Responsible for Aquarium operation functions and education programs including the Animal Ambassadors. This position will oversee all educators, performers, and operation MCs, ensuring that the highest safety, customer satisfaction and cleanliness standards are adhered to. Position will be accountable for KPI scores, as well as meeting education booking numbers relative to forecast. This position will ensure that all education programs meet the needs of formal and/or informal teaching institutions. This position is responsible for all budgets relating to the operation functions and education programs as noted below.

The Grounds Supervisory role is responsible for day-to-day grounds operations at the Parks. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

The role of a Reservation Assistant is to reply and respond to guests’ enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products & services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation.  This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.

Supports the day-to-day execution of general ledger impacted processes and accounting tasks assigned by the Assistant Accountant. Execute all accounting transactions covering various activities and properly record in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting.

The role of Events Assistant is to support the entire event in the resort. You shall have a great passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences and help guests immersed in all shows and entertainment.

 

The functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.

Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Facility Technician is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the hotel property.  You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the hotel property. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Model Builder is responsible for assisting Model Builder team in replicating, installing and maintaining Miniland and parkwide LEGO models. Model Builder IV is also will be responsible to perform cleaning works to ensure LEGO Models are always in good and presentable at all times. You are to work amicably with other Model Builders to ensure the models are maintained and in a presentable condition to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.

Painter works closely with painter team leader to perform painting works interior and exterior surfaces. Job duties shall include removing old paint, priming surfaces, choosing materials, selecting and mixing colors and cleaning up job sites. This role will also be required to train and coach new team mates or interns joining the department.

 

To provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards. To clean guest floors and surrounding service areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.
