To reply and respond to guests’ enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products & services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation.  This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.

This role will assist the Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller with Accounting and Cash Management functions.  You will help to plan, organize, direct and control accounting and control function of LEGOLAND Malaysia. Responsible for hosting VIP Expeditions programs, Miniland Guided Tour or any other personalize tour and to assist in the day-to-day Admission and Education operations.

You will be involved in all aspects of E&E department including shows, costume appearances, ushering and interacting with guests, event activities and event set up. The Events & Entertainment Assistant may perform work behind scenes or direct tasks assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor, for example show runner, handyman, costume characters, building activity crew, Minifigure Ambassador, and any Events & Entertainment Activities assigned from time to time.

Responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. As Park Ranger your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.

Responsible for day-to-day grounds operations tasks assigned at the Parks. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

Responsible to execute task assigned to support the day-to-day Water Park Operations including manpower scheduling, assigning tasks to team mates, coaching, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, test rides and the well-being of the team members. You will oversee the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents and ensuring the comfort of our guest in the Water Park area.  You are to work amicably with all team members in the department to ensure all Attractions areas are clean and safe to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.

Responsible for overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests.  You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned.  You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.

The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor is to plans, organizes, co-ordinates and supervises the general operation, cleanliness, maintenance, safety and hygiene of all areas under housekeeping rooms and surrounding service areas. You are required to ensure the efficient operation in the housekeeping guest room areas.

Responsible to support the day-to-day task assignment delegated by superior or the authorized representative for task involving maintaining theming in the resort, event props fabrication, production, and installation works.

Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping the landscape and ground areas looking attractive, neat, conducive and safe for guests and model citizens.

Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive  maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the hotel property.  You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the hotel property. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Painter works closely with painter team leader to perform painting works interior and exterior surfaces. Job duties shall include removing old paint, priming surfaces, choosing materials, selecting and mixing colors and cleaning up job sites. This role will also be required to train and coach new team mates or interns joining the department.

The Project Management Supervisor is responsible in the planning, management direction, project completion and delivery of assigned construction/maintenance projects. You will be required to assist and support the Project & Building Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.

The Sign Shop Technician is responsible to support the day-to-day task assignment delegated by superior or the authorized representative for task involving maintaining signage in the resort, fabrication, production and installation works.  You are also expected to deliver good work quality and meeting deadlines. You will work closely with your superior to achieve the objectives set for each project.
