SALES & MARKETING
To reply and respond to guests’ enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products & services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation. This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales activities and programs for the entire tour and travel industry based on the assigned territory either domestic or international. You will be required to generate sales through the assigned market segments and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through detailed planning, deployment and identifying the market trend/demand. Identifies objectives, strategies for promotion and acquisition as well as action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
You are responsible in contributing to strategic initiatives which includes the day-to-day activities for retaining existing Annual Pass holders and attracting new members. You shall work closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Managers and other team members. You will take ownership of the proven Annual Pass sales strategies in order to leverage on the commercial advantage for each business function.
FINANCE
This role will assist the Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller with Accounting and Cash Management functions. You will help to plan, organize, direct and control accounting and control function of LEGOLAND Malaysia. Providing reporting and financial oversight of project and operational results and advising and making recommendations to management based upon the financial results.
This role has the overall supervision of Resort Accounting for LLMR. You will plan, organize, direct and control accounting and control function of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort either Park/Hotel as assigned. Providing reporting and financial oversight of project and operational results and advising and making recommendations to management based upon the financial results. You will work with all departments to provide support and coordination through financial reporting and analysis and liaise directly with Group Functions.
COMMERCIAL
The functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.
The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
PARK OPERATIONS
Responsible to execute tasks assigned by Team Lead / Supervisors on daily admission operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the basis ability to communicate, interact and educate the guests by exhibiting your professionalism.
The Admission Supervisor is to provide operational support to the Admission Department. You are responsible for the information service, ticket sales, online support, cash handling, answering guest’s enquiries on VIP and Educational Programs, admission and ticket control. In addition, you are also responsible for your people’s development and competency that leads to building high performance team and delivering highest standard of guest satisfaction.
The Superhero Squad is responsible for executing the daily assignment to support the day-to-day business operations in the respective outlet within the Park Operations or Commercial Operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences
Responsible for hosting VIP Expeditions programs, Miniland Guided Tour or any other personalize tour and to assist in the day-to-day Admission and Education operations.
The Education Assistant role is to immerse guest in the Imagination Zone. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the ability to communicate, interact and educate the guest by exhibiting your creativity.
Responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You are to embrace the vision and values of the business to deliver highest standards of safety and compliance.
As Park Ranger your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.
The Wardrobe Assistant is responsible for handling uniform/ costume or other related things to our MCs for their use using park operation. The Wardrobe Assistant Job purpose is to handle various administrative duties including (but not limited to) inventories, ordering, reporting, as well as handling dry cleaning requests, tailoring, embroidery work etc.
Creative Lead is to provide operational support to the Events & Entertainment Manager on the daily operations of the resort’s shows, entertainment and events.
To lead the technical and show side of the department. This includes show development, stage set up, stage maintenance, running of stage shows, event planning, event set up. Have intense knowledge in all aspects of Theatre Tech and Sound, Visual, Lighting and Set design.
Oversees and leads the daily operations of the resort’s entertainment and events planning from show development, event planning, character appearances to daily operations. The responsibility embraces the leadership, recruitment, training and daily leadership of all staff within these areas. The E&E manager works closely with all departments to develop and implement special events to deliver the ultimate guest experience in line with the LEGOLAND DNA.
The Security Manager role is to drive and maintain a culture of 'Safety First', and proactively provide leadership and guidance on security matters, policy and security risks within LLM Resort. You are to develop and maintain the Merlin & local security strategy to ensure a high standard safety and focus on creating a culture of safety first and ensuring that there is continuous improvement on these initiatives. You will be working closely with the team in achieving the departmental objective. You are expected to demonstrate high level of integrity, adopt transparency, be resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.
WATER PARK
Responsible for overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests. You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned. You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.
SEA LIFE AQUARIUM
Responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of display presentation, life support system operation, animal husbandry and care. To ensure consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism throughout all aquarium areas. To support the running and maintenance of all off show areas including quarantine and husbandry of animals.
HOTEL
The role of Guest Service Manager is to oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. This position represents in the important area of relations with the guest, resolving any guest related situation. You are responsible to take care of the hotel guest requirements and handle effectively their complaints and take action where service or equipment is not functioning.
Concierge Assistant responsible to maintain direct, personal contact with guests to ensure their goodwill and repeat business. To provide the highest level of recognition and personalized service to the guests. To act as a management representative, problem solver, salesperson and liaison offer. To assist the Guest Service Manager & Concierge in the day-to-day operations and be familiar with the hotel’s standards, policies and procedures.
Senior Front Office Assistant responsible for guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. The Associate shall provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.
Commis is responsible to ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen to prepare high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engage in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times following the instructions of the Chef.
The role as Senior Security Officer is responsible for securing all Hotel properties, guest and clientele, ensuring that set security and safety procedures are followed.
You will have the ability to communicate, interact and support your team members and superior in the department by exhibiting your best practices that aligned with the Merlin core values. You will also be required to exemplify your best behaviour and work well with other team members in the department/organization and to carry out assignments that are delegated by your superior in a timely manner.
MAINTENANCE
Responsible to support the day-to-day task assignment delegated by superior or the authorized representative for task involving maintaining theming in the resort, event props fabrication, production, and installation works.
Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping the landscape and ground areas looking attractive, neat, conducive and safe for guests and model citizens.
Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
The Project Management Supervisor is responsible in the planning, management direction, project completion and delivery of assigned construction/maintenance projects. You will be required to assist and support the Project & Building Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
Electrical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for the electrical equipment in LLMR. You will be required to offer help, guide and support the other technicians in completing the assignment delegated. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
Model Shop Supervisor is responsible for replicating, designing and building sturdy, accurate, complicated, safe and installable LEGO signage and models for a wide variety of LEGOLAND attractions including 2D and 3D miniature scale models from prototypes, diagrams, or computer generated instructions. Model Builder II also will be responsible to perform model repairing, painting and recoating works within the allocated time to the best of their abilities. You are to work amicably with other Model Builders to ensure the models are maintained and in a presentable condition to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.
