SALES & MARKETING
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales activities and programs for the entire tour and travel industry based on the assigned territory either domestic or international. You will be required to generate sales through the assigned market segments and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through detailed planning, deployment and identifying the market trend/demand. Identifies objectives, strategies for promotion and acquisition as well as action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content across all LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort’s social media platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving online engagement, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting creative communication strategies. The executive will also collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with events, festive seasons, and overall brand objectives.
FINANCE
This role has the overall supervision of Resort Accounting for LLMR. You will plan, organize, direct and control accounting and control function of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort either Park/Hotel as assigned. Providing reporting and financial oversight of project and operational results and advising and making recommendations to management based upon the financial results. You will work with all departments to provide support and coordination through financial reporting and analysis and liaise directly with Group Functions.
Ensure that all accounting transactions covering various activities of Legoland Malaysia are fully, accurately and properly recorded in accordance with Merlin policies, local regulations and general accounting guidelines. Establish and implement a system of expenses, payment and inventory control in all area of operations. Manage the functioning of the Galaxy, Clarity, Navision and ERS system. Ensure all expenses, cost and balance sheet accounts are balanced, controlled, complete and accurately reported each day.
COMMERCIAL
The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
This role is responsible for the operation of the retail shop. Performs a variety of duties related to display and sale of merchandise items including preparing inventory for sale, processing sales, maintaining retail locations and ensuring positive guest service to park visitors.
PARK OPERATIONS

As Park Ranger your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.
Creative Lead is to provide operational support to the Events & Entertainment Manager on the daily operations of the resort’s shows, entertainment and events.
To lead the technical and show side of the department. This includes show development, stage set up, stage maintenance, running of stage shows, event planning, event set up. Have intense knowledge in all aspects of Theatre Tech and Sound, Visual, Lighting and Set design.
The Security Manager role is to drive and maintain a culture of 'Safety First', and proactively provide leadership and guidance on security matters, policy and security risks within LLM Resort. You are to develop and maintain the Merlin & local security strategy to ensure a high standard safety and focus on creating a culture of safety first and ensuring that there is continuous improvement on these initiatives. You will be working closely with the team in achieving the departmental objective. You are expected to demonstrate high level of integrity, adopt transparency, be resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.
The Education Supervisor role is to work together and support the Senior Education and Education Assistants to immerse guest in the Technic and Imagination Zone. In addition, you are also responsible for your people’s development and competency that leads to building high performance team and delivering highest standard of guest satisfaction.
WATER PARK
Responsible for overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests. You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned. You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.

HOTEL
The role of Guest Service Manager is to oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. This position represents in the important area of relations with the guest, resolving any guest related situation. You are responsible to take care of the hotel guest requirements and handle effectively their complaints and take action where service or equipment is not functioning.
Concierge Assistant responsible to maintain direct, personal contact with guests to ensure their goodwill and repeat business. To provide the highest level of recognition and personalized service to the guests. To act as a management representative, problem solver, salesperson and liaison offer. To assist the Guest Service Manager & Concierge in the day-to-day operations and be familiar with the hotel’s standards, policies and procedures.
Commis is responsible to ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen to prepare high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engage in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times following the instructions of the Chef.
The role as Senior Security Officer is responsible for securing all Hotel properties, guest and clientele, ensuring that set security and safety procedures are followed.
You will have the ability to communicate, interact and support your team members and superior in the department by exhibiting your best practices that aligned with the Merlin core values. You will also be required to exemplify your best behaviour and work well with other team members in the department/organization and to carry out assignments that are delegated by your superior in a timely manner.
Front Office Assistant responsible for guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. The Associate shall provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.
This position is to ensure all functions in the Housekeeping Rooms Control are carried out. To coordinate all calls which are received in the Housekeeping Department and to ensure proper recording and follow through in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by LLM. To assist in administrative works for Housekeeping Department.
To oversee operations to provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and oversees Service Center operations to provide efficient service to guests and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.
MAINTENANCE
Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping the landscape and ground areas looking attractive, neat, conducive and safe for guests and model citizens.
Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY
To design, deploy, manage and monitor a suitable and sufficient Health & Safety (HSS) programme across LEGOLAND Malaysia, provide proactive, visible and progressive functional leadership of the HSS agenda/programme to LEGOLAND Malaysia, to embed HSS as a core value in LEGOLAND Malaysia to deliver robust HSS standards, performance and a sustainable safety culture & to ensure effective governance and assurance of HSS in LEGOLAND Malaysia.
To support the Health, Safety Manager to design, deploy, manage and monitor a suitable and sufficient Health, Safety (HS) programme across LEGOLAND Malaysia. You are required to provide proactive, visible and progressive implementation of the HS agenda/programme to LEGOLAND Malaysia. You embed HS as a core value in LEGOLAND Malaysia to deliver robust HS standards, performance and a sustainable safety culture. You are also to ensure effective governance and assurance of HSS in LEGOLAND Malaysia, particularly with regards to engineering activities and ride operations. As a member of LEGOLAND Malaysia’s team, actively participate in and contribute towards all areas of the business.
HUMAN RESOURCES
This role is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the Employee Engagement activities and the day-to-day welfare of the employees in our resort. You will be responsible for contributing to and delivering LLMR’s Employee Engagement strategy across the business to maximize levels of employee engagement and retention. You will work closely with People Business Partner Manager or her/his representative to create resort engagement strategy and responsible for the execution and communication as it related to employee engagement initiatives.
