SALES & MARKETING
You are responsible for developing and maintaining proactive, positive relationships with media in key markets; writing and producing print and broadcast stories; and managing projects as assigned. You will also serve as a spokesperson and liaison within the community and in assigned key markets, while facilitating ongoing internal communications for LLM and the LEGO Group.
FINANCE
This role has the overall supervision of Resort Accounting for LLMR. You will plan, organize, direct and control accounting and control function of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort either Park/Hotel as assigned. Providing reporting and financial oversight of project and operational results and advising and making recommendations to management based upon the financial results. You will work with all departments to provide support and coordination through financial reporting and analysis and liaise directly with Group Functions.
To support the Purchasing Department in the day-to-day Purchasing operations and its demand that includes activities such as ordering of materials, supplies, and/or equipment, and the follow through with vendors on shipment and delivery.
This role is responsible for supporting the overall operations in the Cash Control Department. You are responsible to verify and count all revenue received from the resort, retail stores, food and beverage units, admissions and third party vendors on a daily basis. You are to ensure all revenue is deposited into the company’s bank account in a timely manner and that the cash vault is balanced on a daily basis. The key objective of the role is to ensure that all money is accurately counted and you comply with vault procedures and controls at all times. You are to maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all cash vault business confidential.
Responsible for delivering a service of excellence based on customer, technical, and communication skills ensuring customer satisfaction. They should have an understanding of how IT is used to support the business requirements of their area and its operational impact including Desktop, Infrastructure and Business Systems.
COMMERCIAL
The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rule s and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high quality food taste and presentation of all operation and monitors Commis III. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.
Assist the Chef De Partie to produce high quality food and support him in managing kitchen operations as well as following standard kitchen operation procedures to ensure a smooth and well oriented kitchen at all times.
PARK OPERATIONS
Responsible for hosting VIP Expeditions programs, Miniland Guided Tour or any other personalize tour and to assist in the day-to-day Admission and Education operations.

Creative Lead is to provide operational support to the Events & Entertainment Manager on the daily operations of the resort’s shows, entertainment and events.
To lead the technical and show side of the department. This includes show development, stage set up, stage maintenance, running of stage shows, event planning, event set up. Have intense knowledge in all aspects of Theatre Tech and Sound, Visual, Lighting and Set design.
The Security Manager role is to drive and maintain a culture of 'Safety First', and proactively provide leadership and guidance on security matters, policy and security risks within LLM Resort. You are to develop and maintain the Merlin & local security strategy to ensure a high standard safety and focus on creating a culture of safety first and ensuring that there is continuous improvement on these initiatives. You will be working closely with the team in achieving the departmental objective. You are expected to demonstrate high level of integrity, adopt transparency, be resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.
To support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.
You will be involved in all aspects of E&E department including shows, costume appearances, ushering and interacting with guests, event activities and event set up. The Events & Entertainment Assistant may perform work behind scenes or direct tasks assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor, for example show runner, handyman, costume characters, building activity crew, Minifigure Ambassador, and any Events & Entertainment Activities assigned from time to time.
WATER PARK
Responsible for overseeing the slides in the Water Park Attractions and the safety of the guests. You are to abide to the LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures. You are required to assist water park guests in distress and to provide First Aid and CPR as needed including other duties as assigned. You are also responsible for general cleanliness around the Water Park.
This role reports to Waterpark Manager and responsible to execute task assigned to support the day-to-day Water park Operations including manning strategies, action plans, selection/interview, coaching, planning for staff members’ development and their well-being. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard.
Oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.
SEA LIFE AQUARIUM
HOTEL
Commis is responsible to ensure and follow training standards of the kitchen to prepare high quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engage in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times following the instructions of the Chef.
The role as Senior Security Officer is responsible for securing all Hotel properties, guest and clientele, ensuring that set security and safety procedures are followed.
You will have the ability to communicate, interact and support your team members and superior in the department by exhibiting your best practices that aligned with the Merlin core values. You will also be required to exemplify your best behaviour and work well with other team members in the department/organization and to carry out assignments that are delegated by your superior in a timely manner.

MAINTENANCE
Mechanical Technician is responsible to carry out the maintenance works including repairing, trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance for mechanical equipment in LLMR. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
Responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park. You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.
HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY
To design, deploy, manage and monitor a suitable and sufficient Health & Safety (HSS) programme across LEGOLAND Malaysia, provide proactive, visible and progressive functional leadership of the HSS agenda/programme to LEGOLAND Malaysia, to embed HSS as a core value in LEGOLAND Malaysia to deliver robust HSS standards, performance and a sustainable safety culture & to ensure effective governance and assurance of HSS in LEGOLAND Malaysia.
