Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 This campaign is open to all valid LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort Annual Passholders including existing, new, and renewed Annual Pass holders. There is no requirement to purchase a new Annual Pass solely to enter this campaign.

1.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Parents or legal guardians may enter on behalf of their family, provided the Annual Pass belongs to the entering adult.

1.3 The participant's Annual Pass must remain active as at the respective draw dates — 1 November 2026 (Draw 1) and 15–17 March 2027 (Draw 2) — to qualify for each draw. Expired passes will be automatically disqualified.

1.4 Employees of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.5 Participation is open to residents of Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries, subject to their local laws and regulations governing contests and promotions.

1.6 Draw dates might change and are at the discretion of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort


2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1 To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps:

2.2 Step 1 — Build & Race: Visit LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and experience the LEGO® Ferrari Build & Race attraction during the campaign period.

2.3 Step 2 — Post: Post a photo or video of yourself or your family posing with the LEGO® Ferrari F50 car at LEGOLAND Malaysia on Instagram or TikTok. The post must include all of the following:

  • Tag @LEGOLANDMalaysia
  • Hashtags #LEGOFerrariF50 and #RaceToMaranello
  • Your campaign slogan completing the sentence: "LEGO® Ferrari Build & Race at LEGOLAND Malaysia is my ultimate adventure because..." in 15 words or less

2.4 Step 3 — Enter: Complete the entry form at www.legoland.com.my/tickets-passes/annual-pass/win-ferrari with your full name, mobile number, email address, 18-digit Annual Pass ID, Annual Pass type, campaign slogan, link to your Instagram or TikTok post, country of residence, and T&C consent.

2.5 All steps in clauses 2.2 to 2.4 must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.


3. ENTRY PERIOD

3.1 The entry window for Draw 1 opens on 16 April 2026 and closes on 31st October 2026. The participant's Annual Pass must be active as of 1 November 2026 to qualify for Draw 1.

3.2 The entry window for Draw 2 opens on 2 November 2026 and closes on 14 March 2027. The participant's Annual Pass must be active as at 15–17 March 2027 to qualify for Draw 2. Please note that draw dates might change and will be duly communicated

3.3 Entries received outside these windows will not be accepted.


4. ENTRY LIMITS

4.1 Participants may submit multiple entries across the campaign period.

4.2 A maximum of 10 entries per Annual Passholder will be accepted across the full campaign period. Entries exceeding this limit will be disqualified without notice.

4.3 Each entry must include a unique Instagram or TikTok post. Duplicate posts or links submitted across multiple entries will result in disqualification of the duplicate entries.


5. DRAW MECHANICS

5.1 All valid entries will be entered into the Grand Prize draw pool for the respective draw period in which they were submitted, provided the passholder's Annual Pass remains active on the draw date.

5.2 Grand Prize Draw 1 will take place on 1 November 2026 at the Ferrari Build & Race 1st Anniversary event at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. One Grand Prize winner will be selected by random draw.

5.3 Grand Prize Draw 2 will take place on 15–17 March 2027 during the Raya Holidays week at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. One Grand Prize winner will be selected by random draw.

5.4 The draw will be conducted by random selection. The decision of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any draw.

5.5 Winners will be notified via the email address and mobile number provided at entry within 5 business days of the respective draw date.

5.6 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, or fails to respond and claim their prize within the stipulated timeframe, LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.


6. THE GRAND PRIZE

6.1 Two Grand Prizes will be awarded — one per Grand Prize draw. Each Grand Prize winner will receive an exclusive Maranello Ferrari Experience for a family of four, comprising:

  • Return economy class flights from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Bologna (BLQ), Italy for four persons
  • Four nights hotel accommodation at a 4-star property in Maranello (two rooms)
  • Local transfers between Bologna airport and Maranello (return)
  • Daily meals allowance throughout the trip
  • Visit to the Ferrari Museum, Maranello
  • Visit to the Enzo Ferrari Museum, Modena
  • Exclusive Ferrari Factory Tour
  • Hosted dinner for four persons at Cavallino Restaurant, Maranello

6.2 Grand Prize 1 travel period: December 2026. Grand Prize 2 travel period: June 2027. Exact travel dates will be confirmed with each winner by LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort following the respective draw and are subject to change.

6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative under any circumstances.

6.4 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or lesser value if circumstances beyond its control require.

6.5 All costs not explicitly stated as part of the prize package — including but not limited to travel insurance, visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, and incidental charges — are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.6 The Grand Prize trip must be taken within the stated travel period. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to determine available travel dates in consultation with the winner within that period.

6.7 The Grand Prize winner and all travelling family members must hold valid passports with a minimum of 6 months validity from the intended date of travel. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort accepts no responsibility for any failure to travel due to passport, visa, or documentation issues.

6.8 All travel is subject to availability. Winners are responsible for ensuring all travelling party members hold the appropriate travel documentation including visas where required for entry into Italy.

6.9 As a condition of accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to document their Maranello Ferrari Experience and create at least one short-form video (suitable for Instagram Reels or TikTok) during the trip. The video must be posted on the winner's personal Instagram or TikTok account and must include:

  • Tag @LEGOLANDMalaysia
  • Tag @FerrariMuseums (or the official Ferrari Museums social media account)
  • Hashtags #LEGOFerrariF50 and #RaceToMaranello
  • Footage or content from the following: the Ferrari Museum Maranello, the Enzo Ferrari Museum Modena, the Ferrari Factory area and Cavallino Restaurant

6.10 The video must be posted within 14 days of returning from the trip. Failure to post the required content within this timeframe will not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize but LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to use any content shared by the winner during the trip for its own marketing purposes as described in clause 8.1.

6.11 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort may provide the winner with a content brief and suggested filming guidelines prior to travel to assist with content creation. This is provided as guidance only and does not restrict the winner's creative expression.

6.12 Winners are encouraged to document the full trip experience including departure, arrival, hotel, museum visits, factory tour, and the Cavallino Restaurant dinner. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort may repost, share, and repurpose all content created and tagged during the trip across its digital and social media channels.


7. SOCIAL MEDIA CONDITIONS

7.1 The participant's Instagram or TikTok account must be set to public at the time of entry submission and must remain public until the draw date of the respective draw they are entered into. Entries from private accounts cannot be verified and will be automatically disqualified.

7.2 Submitted posts must not contain content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to disqualify any entry containing such content without notice.

7.3 Submitted posts must not contain third-party logos, copyrighted music, or any other material that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7.4 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort is not responsible for any posts that are removed, hidden, or made private by the participant or by the relevant social media platform after submission.


8. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 By submitting an entry, participants grant LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, reproduce, edit, crop, adapt, and use their submitted Instagram and TikTok posts — including photos, videos, captions, and usernames — for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across digital platforms, social media, print, and broadcast materials, without additional compensation. This licence expressly includes all content created and posted by Grand Prize winners during their Maranello Ferrari Experience trip as described in clause 6.9.

8.2 Participants warrant that all content submitted is original, their own work, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8.3 For posts featuring minors, the submitting participant confirms they are the parent or legal guardian of all minors pictured and provides consent on their behalf for the uses described in clause 8.1.

8.4 Submitted slogans that are selected for use in campaign materials remain the property of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort for the purposes of this campaign.


9. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

9.1 Personal data collected through the entry form — including name, mobile number, email address, Annual Pass ID, social media post link, and country of residence — will be processed by LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort solely for the purposes of administering this campaign, communicating with entrants, and announcing winners.

9.2 Data will be retained for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, audit, and legal compliance purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.

9.3 Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties except where required by law or for the direct operational purposes of administering this campaign.

9.4 This campaign is conducted in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Participants have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the use of their personal data by contacting LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort at pdp@legoland.my.


10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

10.1 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading information, or who has acted in a manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or social media platform outages.

10.4 By entering this campaign, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

10.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10.6 This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform. All enquiries regarding this campaign must be directed to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and not to the respective social media platforms.
