1. The promotion code will only apply when payment is made with a valid Singapore-issued DBS/POSB Visa or Mastercard card. For avoidance of doubt, American Express and UnionPay cards are not eligible for this promotion.
2. Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if promotion code is successfully applied. No discount will be given if the promotion code fails to apply.

4. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, loyalty card or coupons

9. Adult tickets are for visitors aged 12 to 59 years old, while Child tickets are for children aged 3 to 11 years old. Children under 3 years old can visit the parks for free.
10. Proof of age (ID/passport) is required. Please bring these documents along for verification before entry.
11. Ticket(s) are only valid on the selected date of visit at time of purchase.
12. The Theme Park is closed on every Wednesday and Water Park closed on every Tuesday except Public Holidays and School Holidays. Ticket prices and operating hours are subject to change. 9. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to change your booking, you may do so up to seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival and is subject to room availability
10. Booking Procedure: A minimum of three (3) days of advance reservation is required
