  • Annual Pass

    The LEGOLAND® Annual Pass is valid on all days of regular park operation at LEGOLAND Malaysia for  12 months.   • ATM

    There are 2 ATM machines located in The Beginning. One is near the ticket counters and the other is next to the Guest Services Counter.

  • Assisted Access Pass

    This pass is for guests with disabilities or medical conditions. It is available at the guest services counter and allows the guest and one escort immediate boarding through the exit line. However, for larger parties to ride together, they will be allotted an assigned time.

  • Babies

    Bottle warmers, high chairs, rockers for nursing moms, baby-changing facilities and a microwave are  available at the baby care centre. In addition, all restrooms are equipped with diaper-changing tables while family restrooms are also available.

  • Credit Cards

    American Express, debit cards, China Union Pay (CUP), VISA and Master credit cards are accepted in the park. Personal and travellers cheques are not accepted.

  • Commercial Photography

    All LEGOLAND Malaysia attractions, rides and LEGO® brick models are protected by copyright. Guests must obtain written permission to use photographs or videos of LEGOLAND for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium. By entering LEGOLAND Malaysia, each guest consents to the use of their photographs or videos taken by the park for advertising and other promotional purposes without payment.

  • Dogs

    No dogs or pets can be admitted into the park, except guide dogs. Please approach Guest Services Counter for assistance.

  • Dietary Concerns

    Enquiries on specific dietary needs can be made at the food and beverages outlets in the park such as on gluten-allergy friendly food, where they are available and the prices.

  • Drop Off Area

    Dropping off family members or out of town guests? As you enter the LEGOLAND Malaysia parking lot, the drop off area is located on the right. Simply turn into this horseshoe-shaped area to enable your passengers to disembark.

  • First Aid

    LEGOLAND Malaysia has its own manned first aid station with qualified medical staff. It is located at LEGO City (next to Market Restaurant).

  • Food & Beverages

    What may we serve you? From Italian cuisine and fiery barbecues to a large selection of salads and wholemeal products, our restaurants serve a variety of food catering to all. The numerous snack points, ice cream stations and mobile outlets stock tasty snacks to keep you going between meals. Special children’s menus at reasonable prices are also available.

     

    *Outside food and beverages - except for infants or special medical needs - are not allowed into the Park. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

     

  • Guest Services Counter

    In The Beginning, you will find the Guest Services, where our friendly Model Citizens (LEGOLAND employees) are ready to answer any questions and provide assistance.

  • Guest with Disabilities

    LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has been designed with the needs of disabled guests taken into consideration. 

    Risk assessments are conducted regularly and policies are reviewed annually to ensure that the Resort remains as accessible as possible to disabled guests, including wheelchair users.     Parking for the disabled are located at Zone 1 of the car park, which is near to the park entrance. Contact us at +607 597 8888 in advance for arrangement. Please take note that this facility is strictly based on availability.

  • Height and Age Restrictions

    For safety reasons, admission to the attractions is restricted by age and height requirements. 

  • Lockers

    Lockers are available at The Great LEGO Race and Dino Island as well as the Water Park.

  • Lost & Found

    Please report any lost articles or return any found items to Guest Services Counter or any Park Ranger. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of personal property.

  • Children separated from parents

    Children can wait for their parents at Guest Services Counter in The Beginning. If you become separated from your child, please contact a Park Ranger or Model Citizen.

  • Opening Hours

    Our parks open 7 days a week. Longer opening hours apply on weekends, during school holidays and on public holidays. Restaurant and shop hours may vary due to the number of visitors. Toll and ticket booths open approximately 30 minutes prior to Park opening. Click HERE to see our Park Hours!

  • Payment

    Payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and China Union Payment (CUP). Cash payment can only be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and Singapore dollar (SGD).  

  • Parking

    Parking charges are as below;

    Zone 1 & 2  -- RM10 per entry

    Free parking promotion can only be redeemed for parking at Zone 1 & 2. Touch N Go service is available. Please take note that the Zone 3 car park (beside Mall of Medini) is no longer a property of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

    Parking for the disabled are located at Zone 1 car park, which is near to the park entrance. Contact us at +607 597 8888 in advance for arrangement. Please note this facility is strictly based on availability.


    Note:

    • FREE parking only for Annual Pass holders. Please get your parking ticket validated at Guest Service Counter.

     

  • Package Pick-up Services

    Designated pick-up area is at Mini Market.

  • Re-Entry into the Park

    Day tickets allow only one entry per day and multiple entries per day for Annual Passes. 

  • Restrooms

    All restrooms are equipped with baby care facilities. Family restrooms and toilets for handicapped guests are available.

  • Renewal (Annual Pass)

    You can renew your Annual Pass online  or at LEGOLAND Malaysia ticketing counters.

  • Shopping

    Guests can find a large variety of LEGO toys, clothing and souvenirs at various outlets in the park. 

  • Rental of strollers

    The charges have been revised from 1st June 2018 – Single RM53 and Double RM72 (payment of deposit applies which is refundable upon the return of stroller)

  • Safety First!

    While there are many “hands-on” activities at the park, some attractions, such as MINILAND, are for viewing enjoyment only. It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to supervise those under their care while in the park. Each attraction experience is uniquely different. Ride and attraction requirements are determined by the ride dynamics, restraint system used and manufacturer’s recommendations. Ride and attraction information and restrictions (such as height, health, size and age) are posted at each location. We appreciate your understanding of our need to provide a safe environment for guests.

  • Security & Courtesy When in Park

    Video surveillance cameras are in use at various locations around the park. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In order to help maintain the family atmosphere, the use of offensive language and clothing and rowdy behaviour are disallowed. Segways, roller blades, wheeled shoes and skateboards are prohibited. For the convenience of other guests, flash photography, smoking, eating or drinking at the attractions are also prohibited. No weapons of any kind can be brought into the park area. Park Rangers are constantly on patrol and can be approached for assistance. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, and reserves the right to conduct searches or inspections.

     

  • Tickets

    Tickets can be purchased from ticket booths at the entrance. Beware if you are offered tickets by individuals as we cannot guarantee that they are valid for entry. You may be asked to pay again at the entrance. 

    Those already in possession of tickets printed at home, small yellow tickets or Annual Passes can head to the turnstiles. If you have booked your tickets in advance but have not received them, please proceed to Ticket Collection.

    Tickets are available for advance purchase at https://www.legoland.com.my/book-visit/day-tickets/. Children 2 and under are free.

     

  • Tricycles, Rollerblades, Kickboards

    Due to safety restrictions, tricycles, rollerblades, kickboards etc. are not allowed in the park. 

  • Wheelchairs

    Wheelchairs are available at the Mini-Market in the main entrance of the park. Rental charges are  RM47, with a deposit of RM50. 

  • Weather Alert!

    Due to Malaysia's tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of lightning, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all guests. As these storms generally occur in the late afternoon or early evening, it is recommended that guests allocate this period for shopping, eating or utilising the indoor attractions.
