Food Highlights

  1. Slow-Roasted Whole Lamb

A show-stopping Ramadan centrepiece, the whole lamb is slow-roasted to tender perfection, allowing the natural juices and spices to fully develop. Carved live, each serving delivers melt-in-the-mouth meat with rich, aromatic flavours.

  1. Ramen Live Station (Beef or Chicken Soup)

Prepared fresh at a live cooking station, this comforting bowl of ramen is served piping hot in a rich beef or chicken broth. Guests can enjoy springy noodles paired with savoury soup, delivering a warm, satisfying experience that’s both hearty and flavourful.

  1. Claypot Asam Pedas

A hearty Malaysian classic simmered in traditional claypots, featuring a bold, tangy and spicy broth infused with tamarind, herbs and spices. Slow-cooked to lock in depth and aroma, this dish delivers comforting flavours that are perfect for buka puasa.

  1. Black Mussels in Chilli

Plump black mussels cooked in a fragrant chilli-based sauce that balances heat with savoury depth. Bold yet comforting, this dish offers a flavourful seafood option that pairs beautifully with steamed rice or bread.

  1. Patin Tempoyak

A signature Pahang delicacy featuring tender river catfish simmered in fermented durian gravy. Creamy, tangy and deeply aromatic, this dish is a bold expression of traditional Malay flavours.

  1. Daging Salai Daun Selom (Smoked Beef Brisket with Mashed Parsley)

Smoky, slow-cooked beef brisket served with fragrant daun selom mash. Rich and hearty, this dish delivers comforting kampung-style flavours with depth and character.

  1. Daging Kalio (Beef Kalio / Curry Beef)

A Minangkabau-inspired beef dish slow-braised in coconut milk and spices until tender and richly coated. Less dry than rendang, Kalio offers a beautifully balanced, aromatic curry profile.

  1. Satay Minang

Juicy skewers of grilled meat served with a bold Minang-style gravy. Smoky, savoury and slightly spicy, this satay is a crowd favourite during Ramadan.

  1. Bakso

Comforting Indonesian-style meatball soup served in a clear, flavourful broth. Simple yet satisfying, it’s a familiar favourite enjoyed by all ages.

Sweet Ending & Live Dessert Stations

End your dinner on a comforting note with home-made Turkish coffee, brewed for a rich and aromatic finish.

Guests can also enjoy live-making dessert stations, featuring freshly prepared Kuih Ketayap (pandan coconut crepes) alongside golden, deep-fried fritters such as cucur durian, cucur jagung and cucur pisang — a nostalgic Ramadan treat to round off the meal.
