Underwater Dining Experience - Terms & Conditions

Arrival for the Experience

Guests are required to arrive at the dining venue (SEA LIFE at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort) at 6:00pm according to the confirmed reservation date. The 2-hour dining time will not be extended for late arrival. Missed bookings will not be rescheduled or refunded. This is a shared dining experience with other guests where you can choose your preferred dining location. Please be respectful to other guests and remain at your selected location once you are seated.

Cancellation

During this unprecedented time, customers are entitled to:

(i) Proceed with cancellation with a complete refund (up to 3 working days before the date of visit).

(ii) Full payments are required if the cancellation made is less than 3 working days. 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort may cancel a Confirmed Booking at any time if there is a major event or any other event which, in a fair opinion, causes SEA LIFE at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort to be unsafe or unfit to secure the booking. The company will reschedule a new dining date.

Dietary Requirements

We recommend the diners to raise your special dietary requirements to the Hotel F&B reservation team upon your booking.

We will make our best effort to ensure that all special meals meet the nutritional criteria. However, the F&B team cannot guarantee that all the meals are 100% free from nuts, dairy products, gluten, or other products that may induce allergic reactions to certain individuals. Special dietary arrangements are advised to be discussed with the Hotel F&B reservation team in advance.

Decorations / Theming

Any additional decorations such as open flames, confetti, glitter scatter, and balloons from the guests are prohibited in SEA LIFE aquarium.

Children

Guests below 18 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult and are required to inform the reservation team upon booking.  Please supervise your children at all times.

Unruly Behavior

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort shall have the right to evict any visitors from the facility should they behave in an unruly, unlawful, or any inappropriate manner.

Animals

The safety and welfare of our sea creatures and guests is our utmost priority. Therefore, all our animals must always be treated with respect. Any behavior or activity that endangers or threatens the animals’ welfare or compromises the habitats will not be tolerated and our staff will reserve the right to evict any guests in these situations.  Please note that we cannot predict the behavior of our sea creatures and guarantee that the sea creatures will approach your dining area. Your experience cannot be rescheduled or refunded due to the behavior of our sea creatures, unless in the reasonable opinion of LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort that it has causes the dining experience to be unsafe or inappropriate to proceed the booking.

Breach of The Agreement

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort reserves the right at their sole discretion to refuse any bookings or to cancel the agreement at any time for any breach of the above Terms and Conditions. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions will be regarded as a breach of the agreement giving LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort the right to retain full payment. These terms and conditions have been laid down to ensure you a pleasant dining experience.
