LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort will continue with the temporary closure of its Theme Park, Water Park, SEA LIFE Aquarium and Hotel until Friday, 17 April 2020. This move is in line with the extended movement control order implemented by the Malaysian Government to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and protect the community.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees is always a top priority at LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort. During this time, we will maintain the precautionary measures introduced earlier at our premises as per guidelines from the Malaysia’s Ministry of Health to prepare a safe and hygienic environment for everyone when we resume our operations. We are in close liaison with the health authorities and will continue to monitor the situation closely for any further development. You may contact us directly as below; .
To allow us to focus on assisting customers whose travel window is within the next 72 hours, we advise those who are not travelling within that timeframe to contact us closer to your trip. We want to reassure you that we will be flexible and will work towards the best resolution for your booking no matter when you contact us.

Day Tickets (LEGOLAND Website): Changing Visit Date
If your tickets are dated from Wednesday, 18 March to Friday, 17 April 2020, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, e-ticket/order number and the new date that you wish to visit. The visit date will be adjusted at no additional fee.
There is no rush to select your new visit dates now. As long as you reach out to us within 3 months from now, we can reassure you that we will be flexible and will assist you with the changes without additional fee.
Day Tickets (3rd Party or Travel Agent): Changing Visit Date
The tickets/ bookings made are subject to specific terms and conditions with the respective third-party agents or partners. Please check the expiration date of your tickets. If your tickets are expiring within the range of Wednesday, 18 March until Friday, 17 April 2020, please contact the third-party vendor or the Travel Agent whom you made the purchase from to change your visit date.
Day Tickets: Refund
Refund will only be processed if your date of visit falls on the impacted date from Wednesday, 18 March until Friday, 17 April 2020. However, we highly recommend that you work with us to make the change of visit date instead. We want to reassure you that we will be flexible and will work towards the best resolution for your visit to LEGOLAND.
If you still prefer a refund, please email us at email@example.com with your name, order number and contact details for our processing. We seek your understanding as our team is working through an unprecedented number of reschedules and refunds will be issued as soon as possible.
LEGOLAND Hotel Bookings
We will work with you on changes to your reservations or cancellations for those who have unused hotel reservations during the impacted period from Wednesday, 18 March until Friday, 17 April 2020.

Annual Pass Purchase: Unredeemed Pass
If you have purchased LEGOLAND Annual Pass and have yet to make your membership redemption, you will be granted an automatic extension of 2 months redemption period (in addition to the existing redemption period of 6 months).
Annual Pass Holders
All active Annual Pass members will receive an extension of 2 months into their Memberships.
