LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort will continue the temporary closure of its Theme Park, Water Park, Aquarium and Hotel. This is in line with the Malaysian Government’s movement control order (MCO). We will announce the reopening date as soon as possible.
We are eager to welcome you back to the Resort, but for now let’s adhere to the order together and stay home during this period in the fight against Covid-19, while keeping our families and loved ones safe.
Please continue to visit our Facebook page, where you can find many activities to keep your family entertained.
In the meantime, our teams are working tirelessly (from home, of course!) to bring you greater experience and offers ahead of the reopening. We promise there will be various early-bird goodies and superb deals with extended flexibility.
We will also be enhancing precautionary measures at our premises to prepare a safe and hygienic environment for everyone. The safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees will always remain a top priority.

To allow us to focus on assisting customers whose travel window is within the next 72 hours, we advise those who are not travelling within that timeframe to contact us closer to your trip. We want to reassure you that we will be flexible and will work towards the best resolution for your booking no matter when you contact us.

Day Tickets (LEGOLAND Website): Changing Visit Date
If your tickets are dated from now to Tuesday, 9 June 2020, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, e-ticket/order number and the new date that you wish to visit. The visit date will be adjusted at no additional fee. There is no rush to select your new visit dates now. As long as you reach out to us within 3 months from now, we can reassure you that we will be flexible and will assist you with the changes without any additional fee.
Day Tickets (3rd Party or Travel Agent): Changing Visit Date
The tickets/ bookings made are subject to specific terms and conditions with the respective third-party agents or partners. Please check the expiration date of your tickets. If your tickets are expiring from now until Tuesday, 9 June 2020, please contact the third-party vendor or the Travel Agent whom you made the purchase from to change your visit date.
LEGOLAND Hotel Bookings
We will work with you on changes to your reservations or cancellations for those who have unused hotel reservations during the impacted period from Wednesday, 18 March until Tuesday, 9 June 2020.

Annual Pass Purchase: Unredeemed Pass
If you have purchased LEGOLAND Annual Pass and have yet to make your membership redemption, you will be granted an automatic extension of 2 months redemption period (in addition to the existing redemption period of 6 months).
Annual Pass Holders
All active Annual Pass members will receive an extension of 2 months into their Memberships.
