COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

Commis II
The role of Commis II is to ensure and follow the training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high-quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.

F&B Assistant Cost Controller
As an F&B Assistant cost controller, the role requires you to support and assist the F&B Cost Controller in ensuring that all food and beverage costs are recorded, analysed and controlled. You are responsible to ensure all food and beverage revenues recorded through the POS system are correctly allocated in the food and beverage department reports and to the correct outlet. You also require ensuring accurate transfers between stores and outlets are in place. To monitor wastage and voids and report any shortages/losses or suspicious movements to management. To ensure the security and flow of stock throughout the whole outlet is maintained.

Demi Chef
As a Demi Chef you will assist the Chef De Partie to produce high quality food and support him in managing kitchen operations as well as following standard kitchen operation procedures to ensure a smooth and well oriented kitchen.

Warehouse Assistant
The functions of a Warehouse Assistant are that of completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies. A Warehouse Assistant is required to work under the administration of Warehouse Supervisor/ Manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.

FINANCE

Purchasing Assistant Manager
The Purchasing Assistant Manager will support in the management of all aspects of purchasing and supply chain for the Resort. The role will be required to work very closely with the purchasing manager to put into action the Resort procurement initiatives and provide positive influence and guidance to the rest of the team. A high degree of self-sufficiency and initiative to get things done is required, as well as the ability to manage many on-going tasks & projects to tight deadlines.

HOTEL OPERATIONS

Graphic Designer 
The role of the Graphic Designer is to providing the day-to-day support in designing, developing and production of the company’s collaterals such as signboard, banners & all the signage profile. This role works closely with the Brand team to ensure the design works are aligned with the company brand requirement and standard.

Commis I

Junior Sous Chef
Junior Sous Chef is responsible to support the day to day operations of the assigned kitchen and a supporting role to the a la carte restaurants. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to manage food provisions, assist with guest queries and control costs  to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.

Demi Chef
As a Demi Chef you will assist the Chef De Partie to produce high quality food and support him in managing kitchen operations as well as following standard kitchen operation procedures to ensure a smooth and well oriented kitchen.

Room Attendant 
Responsible for providing guest a memorable experience by and maintaining guest rooms’ cleanliness and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.

Steward
As a steward you will need to work under the direction of the chief steward and assistant chief steward to ensure cleaniness of all kitchen areas, banquet and all kitchen operating equipment stores and refrigerators and related areas.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Senior HR Executive 
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. To ensures the implementation of services, policies, communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees and advises managers about Human Resources issues. Tasks involve administration of the human resources policies, procedures and driving any initiatives from LLMR/Merlin and supervising direct reports on tasks delegated. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas assigned: Departmental development, Human Resources Management System (HRMS), HR Operations and Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, monthly reports and other related areas.

PARK OPERATIONS

Park Ranger 
As Park Ranger, your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.

Driver 
The driver role is to shuttle MCs between SLC Building, Water Park, and Park. You are responsible for the vehicle and ensures that maintenance is regularly performed, report all accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions and damage to company vehicles.

Attractions Assistant 
The role as Attractions Assistant is responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. 

Admission Assistant 
The role as Admission Assistant is responsible to execute tasks on daily admission operations. This role will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the basis ability to communicate, interact and educate the guests by exhibiting your professionalism.

Events & Entertainment Assistant 
The Events & Entertainment Assistant may perform work behind scenes or direct tasks assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor, for example show runner, handyman, costume characters, building activity crew, being the floor manager for stage performance, Minifigure Ambassador, and any Events & Entertainment Activities assigned from time to time. This may include training for any new dance routine or random street acts depending on event, seasonal and festive requirement.

Ground Service Supervisor 
The Grounds Service Supervisor role is responsible for day-to-day grounds operations at the Parks. You will lead a team and exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park. You will have the ability to communicate, interact and support your team member by exhibiting your professionalism.

Ground Service Assistant 
Grounds Service Assistant role is responsible for day-to-day grounds operations tasks assigned by Team Lead/Supervisor at the Parks. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

SALES & MARKETING

Assistant Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Assistant Marketing Manager role is responsible for managing and maintaining company website and promoting LEGOLAND e-tickets by developing distribution models with on-line specialty accounts and LEGOLAND web-store.  You are also required to keep abreast of the current trend, knowledge base on the emerging industry standards relating to online commerce.  In addition to the E-commerce functions, you are also responsible in the overall Marketing initiatives and to support any marketing tasks/projects assigned to you.

Assistant Marketing Manager – Public Relations 
You are responsible to assist in the execution of department strategies and activities as assigned. Specific areas of responsibility include media event development and coordination, public and community relations, and contacts with assigned media groups. This position devotes approximately 40% of time to media and special events, 35% to media contacts, and 25% to community relations. In addition to the Public Relations and Social media function, you are to participate and provide the necessary support to any Marketing related tasks or projects assigned to you.

Head of Marketing 
This exciting role reports to Sales & Marketing Director. You will lead a group of young and dynamic marketing team.  You will be responsible to set specific objectives, develop marketing strategies for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and drive all marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with PR Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Promotions Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Annual Pass Specialist in order to manage the planning and implementation of local, regional and international marketing to maximize visitor ticket revenues through promotions, brand strategies and partnership alliances. You will also have the opportunity to travel, having the privilege to market world class LEGO brand and experiencing the fun workplace!

SEALIFE

Retail Host 
This role is responsible for the operation of assigned retail locations by displaying, promoting and tagging merchandise. Performs a variety of duties related to display and sale of merchandise items. Maintains retail area and merchandise in a safe, clean and orderly fashion. Assures sound guest and Model Citizen relations.

Entertainment, Education, and Admission Host 
Responsible for promoting and delivering entertaining, educational and marine conservation presentations, Workshops, experiences and information to guests to enhance the guest experience whilst delivering the very best in guest service. To provide excellent customer service to all guests when asked to work in LEGOLAND Resort Admissions. In addition, you will be responsible for selling and upselling SEA LIFE tickets, packages and high yield experiences.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Facility M&E Senior Technician
The role as a Facility M&E Senior Technician is to ensure for the safety and the efficiency of SEA LIFE Malaysia, M&E equipment primarily the Aquarium’s Life Support Systems. The role requires hands on within the Maintenance Department and a direct impact on internal and external guest satisfaction within the attraction and especially your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency.

Electrical Supervisor 
The Electrical Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all electrical facilities and equipment are in operational condition and in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations standard and most importantly, meeting the safety standard requirement. You will support the day-to-day operation needs in the Maintenance Department. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.

Mechanical Technician 
He/She shall be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of mechanical parts of the rides to ensure they are mishap-free. You will work closely with the department’s team leader and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.

Water Quality Technician 
The role of a Water Quality Technician is to maintain pool & water quality at the theme and water park of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park. 

Facility Technician (Hotel)
Facility Technician is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Hotel.  You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the hotel.

WATER PARK OPERATIONS

Lifeguard 
Responsible for overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents. The person is expected to provide guidance as well as enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; and assist water park guests in distress or facing difficulties.

Waterpark Manager 
This post oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Product Exellence Manager
This role is responsible for the effective development, implementation and measurement of quality initiatives and quality standards across the park, in order to provide the best guest experience. Ensures efficient and appropriate response to all Guest Feedback the park receives as well as for the organization of the Service Recovery Team and all Service Recovery initiatives in the Park.
