COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

Assistant F&B Cost Controller 
As an Assistant F&B cost controller, the role requires you to support and assist the F&B Cost Controller in ensuring that all food and beverage costs are recorded, analysed and controlled. You are responsible to ensure all food and beverage revenues recorded through the POS system are correctly allocated in the food and beverage department reports and to the correct outlet. You also require ensuring accurate transfers between stores and outlets are in place. To monitor wastage and voids and report any shortages/losses or suspicious movements to management. To ensure the security and flow of stock throughout the whole outlet is maintained.

Commis III (Clubhouse) 
The role of Commis III is to ensure and follow the training standards of the kitchen and to control and coordinate the activities. Ensure high-quality food taste and presentation of all operation. To engaged in preparing and cooking food, to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth operation at all times.

Food & Beverage Team Lead
Food & Beverage Team Lead is responsible for trains, supports and leads Model Citizen in performing their job duties to the highest possible level.  Controls cash, labour and food preparation and presentation within LEGOLAND Malaysia standard and policy.  Leads by example in guest service to ensure guest orders are processed in a friendly and efficient manner.  Responsible for receiving products, the daily setup and clear down of the front and back of house restaurant operation.

FINANCE

Senior IT Park Support
Senior IT Park Support role is to provide mostly on-site level 2 and level 3 user and system support covering corporately approved technologies or applications used on the desktop, laptops, point-of-sales terminal, infrastructure within the organization. You will embrace customer skill, good technical acumen, and communication skill to assist and advise users to ensure customer satisfaction. You shall understand how Information Technology applies in our organization to support the business requirements and demand. You will also manage the rest of IT Park Support personnel to ensure that they work within the framework of the LEGOLAND Malaysia IT Department, to achieve customers’ satisfaction through delivering excellent service.

HOTEL OPERATIONS

Assistant Front Office Manager 
Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible to assists in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to direct and co-ordinate the activities of the Front Office and support the section head for the smooth operation which includes front desk, concierge, bell service, and service center. You will also be required to maintaining efficient front office operations through planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling the functions of the Department at all time.

Front Office Assistant 
The role is responsible for guest registration, guest check-out and cashiering. The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests. The Associate shall provide efficient service to guests at the Front Desk and ensure implementation of policies and procedures in line with the standards of LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia.

Graphic Designer 
The role of the Graphic Designer is to providing the day-to-day support in designing, developing and production of the company’s collaterals such as signboard, banners & all the signage profile. This role works closely with the Brand team to ensure the design works are aligned with the company brand requirement and standard.

Junior Sous Chef
Junior Sous Chef is responsible to support the day to day operations of the assigned kitchen and a supporting role to the a la carte restaurants. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to manage food provisions, assist with guest queries and control costs  to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.

Room Attendant 
Responsible for providing guest a memorable experience by and maintaining guest rooms’ cleanliness and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.

Sous Chef – Chinese Cuisine 
The role is to responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine of the Hotel Food and Beverage department. Chinese chefs may prepare a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes. The Chinese chef also responsible to assist the Executive Sous Chef to manage a team of Chef to ensure that the restaurants and all outlets are managed with high standards of food quality and proper managing of cost to ensure maximum profitability.

This role is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. PARK OPERATIONS

Attractions Assistant 
The role as Attractions Assistant is responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. 

Attractions Manager 
The role requires you to manage rides attractions operations in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and safety standard. You will be assisting the Director of Operations and the team in achieving the departmental goal. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.

Park Ranger 
As Park Ranger, your task is to support the Security Operations to ensure a safe, secure environment in LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort in accordance to the Safety and Standard Procedure. You shall be responsible for the protection of the assets of the company as well as the health and safety of all MCs while they work in the vicinity.

Superhero Squad 
The Superhero Squad is responsible for executing the daily assignment to support the day-to-day business operations in the respective outlet within the Park Operations or Commercial Operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the ability to communicate, interact and educate the guest by exhibiting your professionalism.

SALES & MARKETING

Assistant Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Assistant Marketing Manager role is responsible for managing and maintaining company website and promoting LEGOLAND e-tickets by developing distribution models with on-line specialty accounts and LEGOLAND web-store.  You are also required to keep abreast of the current trend, knowledge base on the emerging industry standards relating to online commerce.  In addition to the E-commerce functions, you are also responsible in the overall Marketing initiatives and to support any marketing tasks/projects assigned to you.

Assistant Marketing Manager – Public Relations 
You are responsible to assist in the execution of department strategies and activities as assigned. Specific areas of responsibility include media event development and coordination, public and community relations, and contacts with assigned media groups. This position devotes approximately 40% of time to media and special events, 35% to media contacts, and 25% to community relations. In addition to the Public Relations and Social media function, you are to participate and provide the necessary support to any Marketing related tasks or projects assigned to you.

Sales & Marketing Manager  Legoland Holidays
The role is responsible for sales and marketing program for LEGOLAND Holidays at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, delivering both onsite and offsite accommodation sales. Includes sales of tickets, room nights and extra services for both (LEGOLAND Hotel) and offsite hotels (partner hotels) accommodations. You will work closely with Sales & Marketing Director, Head of Marketing & Head of Sales to launch and manage the LEGOLAND Holidays overnight accommodation program for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

Head of Marketing 
This exciting role reports to Sales & Marketing Director. You will lead a group of young and dynamic marketing team.  You will be responsible to set specific objectives, develop marketing strategies for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and drive all marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with PR Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Promotions Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Annual Pass Specialist in order to manage the planning and implementation of local, regional and international marketing to maximize visitor ticket revenues through promotions, brand strategies and partnership alliances. You will also have the opportunity to travel, having the privilege to market world class LEGO brand and experiencing the fun workplace!

Reservation Executive 
The role of a Reservation Executive is to attend special guests’ needs that require mandarin speaking associate to respond to their enquiries either through phone calls or electronic mail pertaining to products & services, admission, or accommodation and to handle bookings/reservation. This role is to ensure that every enquiry is attended with courteous and professional as well as the information communicated must be accurate thus, reaching to guests’ objective and expectation.

Sales Manager – Tour & Travel 
Plans, develops, implements and directs marketing and sales activities and programs for the entire tour and travel industry. Generates sales through all market segments (domestic and international). Contributes to marketing and advertising strategies through the utilization of research information and contact management.  Assists in the development of collateral sales materials for targeted markets and special projects. Develops promotions within the industry to increase visibility, increase sales, and maintain a high profile in the tourism community locally, domestically and internationally.  Manages and oversees the work of the Travel Industry support staff. Coordinates efforts with other LEGOLAND parks and Company divisions.

SEALIFE

Assistant Operations Manager 
The role is responsible to lead and motivate the Duty Lead, Education, Entertainment and Retail Team on day-to-day basis to deliver operational efficiency and to ensure that all financial and non-financial KPI’s are achieved in all operational areas. To take full control of the  SEA LIFE Malaysia site and entire operation on a duty basis ensuring the health and safety of all guests and staff, whilst ensuring that throughout the guest journey at SLC MAL you are driving high standards and achievement of all KPI and guest related targets.

Aquarist 
The role as Aquarist is responsible for ensuring consistently high standards of display presentation, life support system operation, animal husbandry and care. To ensure consistently high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism throughout all aquarium areas. To support the running and maintenance of all off show areas including quarantine and husbandry of animals.

Duty Lead 
To take full control of the SEA LIFE Malaysia site and entire operation on a duty basis ensuring the health and safety of all guests and staff, whilst ensuring that throughout the guest journey at SLC MAL you are driving high standards and achievement of all KPI and guest related targets. Also to lead and motivate the operational team on a daily basis to deliver operational efficiency and to ensure that all financial and non-financial KPI’s are achieved in all operational areas.

Entertainment Team Lead 
To be a dynamic, enthusiastic individual, with a natural flair for guest care and a strong desire to take on responsibility. To be responsible for managing and motivating a team to deliver an enhanced guest experience and deliver educational information to all SEA LIFE Malaysia Guests (SLCM). You also responsible to ensure memorable experiences are created for all guests throughout their journey at SLCM through driving high standards and achievement of all KPI and guest related targets through leadership, innovation and brand delivery.

Education Team Lead 
To deliver engaging and memorable Education sessions to school groups who visit SEA LIFE Malaysia, Offering several sessions daily during term time. When outside of sessions promote educational opportunities and ensure offering remains up to date. To be a dynamic, enthusiastic individual, with a natural flair for guest care and a strong desire to take on responsibility. To be responsible for managing and motivating a team to deliver an enhanced guest experience and deliver educational information to all SEA LIFE Malaysia Guests (SLCM).

Entertainment & Education Host 
Responsible for promoting and delivering entertaining, educational and marine conservation presentations, Workshops, experiences and information to guests to enhance the guest experience whilst delivering the very best in guest service. To provide excellent customer service to all guests when asked to work in LEGOLAND Resort Admissions. In addition, you will be responsible for selling and upselling SEA LIFE tickets, packages and high yield experiences.

SEA LIFE Technician 
The role as SEALIFE Technician is to maintains the quality of the guest experience to the highest level possible by ensuring that all technical aspects of the guest experience are delivered at consistently excellent levels.  Supports and assists the Displays and Operations teams at all times in the day to day running of the attraction.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Model Builder 
Model Builder is responsible for replicating, designing and building sturdy, accurate, complicated, safe and installable LEGO signage and models for a wide variety of LEGOLAND attractions including 2D and 3D miniature scale models from prototypes, diagrams, or computer generated instructions. Model Builder II also will be responsible to perform model repairing, painting and recoating works within the allocated time to the best of their abilities.

Electrical Supervisor 
The Electrical Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all electrical facilities and equipment are in operational condition and in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations standard and most importantly, meeting the safety standard requirement. You will support the day-to-day operation needs in the Maintenance Department. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.

Gardener 
A Gardener is responsible in maintaining and up-keeping the landscape and ground areas looking attractive, neat, conducive and safe for guests and model citizens. You are to work amicably with other Gardeners to ensure the landscape surroundings are environmental friendly and continuous to be creative to meet/exceed company’s KPI standard.

Facility Technician 
The Facility Technician is responsible to ensure a safe and efficient park operation. You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on Internal and External guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will assist in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest possible Quality levels, ensuring the agreed standards are met.

Mechanical Technician 
He/She shall be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of mechanical parts of the rides to ensure they are mishap-free. You will work closely with the department’s team leader and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.

Water Quality Assistant 
The role of a Water Quality Assistant is to maintain pool & water quality at the theme and water park of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

WATER PARK OPERATIONS

Lifeguard 
Responsible for overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents. The person is expected to provide guidance as well as enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; and assist water park guests in distress or facing difficulties.

Waterpark Manager 
This post oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.
