FINANCE

Purchasing Assistant Manager
The Purchasing Assistant Manager will support in the management of all aspects of purchasing and supply chain for the Resort. The role will be required to work very closely with the purchasing manager to put into action the Resort procurement initiatives and provide positive influence and guidance to the rest of the team. A high degree of self-sufficiency and initiative to get things done is required, as well as the ability to manage many on-going tasks & projects to tight deadlines.

Senior IT Support Analyst 
Senior IT Support Analyst role is responsible for delivering a service of excellence based on customer, technical, and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, mostly at second and third level. They should have an understanding of how IT is used to support the business requirements of their area and its operational impact including Desktop, Infrastructure and Business Systems. The incumbent will also manage the rest of IT Support Analyst personnel to ensure that they work within the framework of the LEGOLAND Malaysia IT Department, delivering a level of service of excellence in customer satisfaction.

F&B Health & Safety Compliance Executive

F&B Assistant
The role of F&B assistant is to be responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant and F&B outlets efficiently and in a most courteous manner. You must process the guest requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you must have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.

Junior Sous Chef
Junior Sous Chef is responsible to support the day to day operations of the assigned kitchen and a supporting role to the a la carte restaurants. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to manage aspects of the kitchen to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to manage food provisions, assist with guest queries and control costs  to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.

Demi Chef

Room Attendant 
Responsible for providing guest a memorable experience by and maintaining guest rooms’ cleanliness and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.

Steward
As a steward you will need to work under the direction of the chief steward and assistant chief steward to ensure cleaniness of all kitchen areas, banquet and all kitchen operating equipment stores and refrigerators and related areas.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Senior HR Executive 
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. To ensures the implementation of services, policies, communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees and advises managers about Human Resources issues. Tasks involve administration of the human resources policies, procedures and driving any initiatives from LLMR/Merlin and supervising direct reports on tasks delegated. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas assigned: Departmental development, Human Resources Management System (HRMS), HR Operations and Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, monthly reports and other related areas.

PARK OPERATIONS

Driver 
The driver role is to shuttle MCs between SLC Building, Water Park, and Park. You are responsible for the vehicle and ensures that maintenance is regularly performed, report all accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions and damage to company vehicles.

Attractions Assistant 
The role as Attractions Assistant is responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. 

Admission Assistant 
The role as Admission Assistant is responsible to execute tasks on daily admission operations. This role will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the basis ability to communicate, interact and educate the guests by exhibiting your professionalism.

Events & Entertainment Assistant 
The Events & Entertainment Assistant may perform work behind scenes or direct tasks assigned by Team Lead or Supervisor, for example show runner, handyman, costume characters, building activity crew, being the floor manager for stage performance, Minifigure Ambassador, and any Events & Entertainment Activities assigned from time to time. This may include training for any new dance routine or random street acts depending on event, seasonal and festive requirement.

Stage Supervisor 
The Events & Entertainment Stage Supervisor is to provide operational support to the Events & Entertainment Manager on the daily operations of the resort’s shows, entertainment and events.This includes show development, stage set up, stage maintenance, running of stage shows, event planning, event set up, to daily operations.  Responsible for supervising Team leaders , Cast performers and Show techs leading through the Merlin and LEGO values.

Events & Entertainment Team Lead 
The role of the Events & Entertainment Team Lead is to manage the daily operations of the E&E department in Theme Park & Water Park. Team leads divide tasks among team members and write schedules to assure smooth operations of our shows, costume appearances and other activities. Further Team Leads are responsible for training and development of staff. For special events team leads will assist in the planning and execution. Team leads are further encouraged to constantly propose new daily activities and ideas for improvements.  

Ground Service Assistant 
Grounds Service Assistant role is responsible for day-to-day grounds operations tasks assigned by Team Lead/Supervisor at the Parks. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

SALES & MARKETING

Assistant Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
Assistant Marketing Manager role is responsible for managing and maintaining company website and promoting LEGOLAND e-tickets by developing distribution models with on-line specialty accounts and LEGOLAND web-store.  You are also required to keep abreast of the current trend, knowledge base on the emerging industry standards relating to online commerce.  In addition to the E-commerce functions, you are also responsible in the overall Marketing initiatives and to support any marketing tasks/projects assigned to you.

Head of Marketing 
This exciting role reports to Sales & Marketing Director. You will lead a group of young and dynamic marketing team.  You will be responsible to set specific objectives, develop marketing strategies for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort and drive all marketing initiatives. You will be working closely with PR Manager, Senior Brand Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Promotions Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Annual Pass Specialist in order to manage the planning and implementation of local, regional and international marketing to maximize visitor ticket revenues through promotions, brand strategies and partnership alliances. You will also have the opportunity to travel, having the privilege to market world class LEGO brand and experiencing the fun workplace!

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Facility M&E Senior Technician
The role as a Facility M&E Senior Technician is to ensure for the safety and the efficiency of SEA LIFE Malaysia, M&E equipment primarily the Aquarium’s Life Support Systems. The role requires hands on within the Maintenance Department and a direct impact on internal and external guest satisfaction within the attraction and especially your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency.

Electrical Supervisor 
The Electrical Supervisor role is responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all electrical facilities and equipment are in operational condition and in compliance to the local authority requirement, Merlin operations standard and most importantly, meeting the safety standard requirement. You will support the day-to-day operation needs in the Maintenance Department. This role requires someone who has high technical acumen, resourceful, decisive, quick thinking in problem solving and work independently.

Mechanical Technician 
He/She shall be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of mechanical parts of the rides to ensure they are mishap-free. You will work closely with the department’s team leader and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.

Facility Technician 
Facility Technician is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park.  You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard. 

Sign Shop Assistant
The Sign Shop Assistant is responsible to support the day-to-day task assignment delegated by superior or the authorized representative for task involving maintaining signage in the resort, fabrication, production and installation works.  You are also expected to deliver good work quality and meeting deadlines. You will work closely with your superior to achieve the objectives set for each project.

Carpenter  
This role requires you to oversee inspection and maintenance of the resort (Theme Park and Water Parks) building fabrics and playground. Perform periodical inspections and preventive maintenance towards building maintenance, playground and related principles. Identify and rectify system failures with correction action.

WATER PARK OPERATIONS

Lifeguard 
Responsible for overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents. The person is expected to provide guidance as well as enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; and assist water park guests in distress or facing difficulties.

Waterpark Manager 
This post oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Product Exellence Manager
This role is responsible for the effective development, implementation and measurement of quality initiatives and quality standards across the park, in order to provide the best guest experience. Ensures efficient and appropriate response to all Guest Feedback the park receives as well as for the organization of the Service Recovery Team and all Service Recovery initiatives in the Park.

Product Exellence Executive
Creating Memorable Experiences is our number one priority and the Product Excellence Team oversees all aspect of the Guest Experience in LEGOLAND® Malaysia and, in particular assessing sentiment and ambassadorial intent.  The role will be responsible for the oversight, monitoring and communication of Product Excellence data in the resort and comparing data across the group. The role provides support and analysis (with particular focus on the achieving the required KPI targets, managing the Mystery Visit process and monitoring Social Media channels, in particular, TripAdvisor).
