Profit Protection Manager
The Profit Protection Manager role is to reduce cash, stock and asset loss at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort by developing awareness of fraud issues. You will identify and detect breaches of policy and procedure and internal crime within the resort and provide end to end case maangement to ensure they are investifated and resolved according to Merlin policy and local law. This role also is to ensure the resort has its policy and procedure in placed and it is being adhered by to protect the company's assets.
The Superhero Squad is responsible for executing the daily assignment to support the day-to-day business operations in the respective outlet within the Park Operations or Commercial Operations. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences. You will have the ability to communicate, interact and educate the guest by exhibiting your professionalism.
He/She shall be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of mechanical parts of the rides to ensure they are mishap-free. You will work closely with the department’s team leader and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.
Facility Technician is responsible for the safety and the efficiency of the maintenance operations at the Park. You have a complete hands-on role in the department and will have an impact on internal and external guest satisfaction with your actions in terms of quality, safety and efficiency. The Facility Technician will support in all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance within the resort. This must be done to the highest standard. You are expected to comply with the local authority requirement, Merlin operations and the safety standard.
WATER PARK OPERATIONS
Responsible for overseeing the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attractions to prevent accidents. The person is expected to provide guidance as well as enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; and assist water park guests in distress or facing difficulties.
