  • Annual Pass

    The LEGOLAND® Annual Pass is valid on all days of regular park operation at LEGOLAND Malaysia for a full 12 months. Annual Passes are the best way to enjoy a year of awesome at LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort with exclusive discounts, special events and more!   • ATM

    There are 2 ATM machines located in The Beginning. One ATM machine is located outside near the Ticket counters and the other ATM machines is located next to the Guest Services Counter.

  • Assisted Access Pass

    This pass is for guests with disabilities or medical conditions who cannot wait in line. This pass is available at guest services counter and allows the guest and one escort immediate boarding through the exit line, however, for larger parties to ride together an assigned time to return to the ride will be written on the pass.

  • Babies

    Bottle warmers, high chairs, rockers for nursing moms, baby change facilities and a microwave are all available at baby care centre. In addition, all restrooms, male and female parkwide have diaper change tables and family restrooms available.

  • Credit Cards

    In the park we accept the following Credit Cards: American Express, Debit cards, China Union Pay (CUP), VISA and Master Card. Personal and Travelers cheques are not accepted in the park.

  • Commercial Photography

    All LEGOLAND Malaysia attractions, rides and LEGO® brick models are protected by copyright. Guests must have written permission to use photographs or videotape of LEGOLAND images for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium. By entering LEGOLAND Malaysia, each guest consents to the use of his or her likeness in photographs or video taken by the park for advertising and other promotional purposes without payment.

  • Dogs

    No dogs or pets can be admitted into the park, except Guide Dogs. Please Approach Guest Services Counter for assistance.

  • Dietary Concerns

    Specific dietary concern questions can be answered at each of the restaurants within the park, which explains what foods are Gluten Allergy-friendly, where they are served and their approximate cost.

  • Drop Off Area

    Dropping off family members or out of town guests? As you enter the LEGOLAND Malaysia parking lot, you will see signs for a drop off area to your right. Simply turn into this horseshoe-shaped area, where you are welcome to drop off your guests.

  • First Aid

    LEGOLAND Malaysia has its own manned First Aid Station with qualified medical staff. It is located at The Beginning.

  • Food & Beverages

    What may we serve you? From Italian cuisine to fiery barbecues, our restaurants have offer something for every taste. You will also find a large selection of salads and wholemeal products. The numerous snack points, ice cream stations and mobile outlets offer tasty snacks to keep you going between meals. We also offer special children’s menus at reasonable prices for our young heroes. 

    *Outside coolers, food, and beverages - except for those with infants or special medical needs - are not allowed into the Park. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

  • Guest Services Counter

    In The Beginning, you will find Guest Services, where our friendly Model Citizens (LEGOLAND employees) are standing by to answer questions and offer assistance.

  • Guest with Disabilities

    LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has been designed with the needs of guests with disabilities firmly in mind.

    Risk assessments are conducted regularly and policies are reviewed annually to ensure that the Resort remains as accessible as possible to all guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users, taking into account feedback from our guests, independent accessibility experts and a range of disability organizations.   • Height and Age Restrictions

    For safety reasons, admission to the attractions is restricted by age and height requirements. 

  • Helpful Hints

    To make the most of your visit please find our top tips here:
    - If you want to participate in a workshop or if you want to receive a LEGOLAND driving licence, please make a reservation first thing in the morning.

    Please visit the LEGO MINDSTORMS™ Centre in the area LEGO Technic or the LEGOLAND Driving School in the area LEGO CITY.

  • Lockers

    Lockers are also available in park ( Project X, Observation Towers and Dino Island ) and Water Park.

  • Lost & Found

    Please report any lost articles or return any found items to Guest Services Counter or any Park Ranger. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of personal property.

  • Lost Parents

    Children can wait for lost parents at Guest Services Counter in The Beginning. If you become separated from your child, please contact a Park Ranger or other Model Citizen.

  • Opening Hours

    LEGOLAND Malaysia is open 7 days a week. Longer opening hours apply on weekends, during school holidays and on public holidays. Restaurant and shop hours may vary due to visitor appearance. Toll and ticket booths open approx. 30 minutes prior to Park opening. Click HERE to see our Park Hours!

  • Payment

    Following credit cards are accepted within the park: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards and China Union Payment (CUP)(Using China Union Pay credit card that stated Visa/Mastercard only). Payments in cash can only be accepted in MYR and SGD. 

  • Parking

    Parking charges as per rates below;

    Zone 1 & 2 Parking
    Parking fee RM10 per entry

    Please be inform that Zone 3 car park (besides Mall of Medini) is no longer LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort property. To enjoy our free parking please park your vehicle at Zone 1 & 2.*Touch N Go service is available for all LEGOLAND Malaysia car park Zones

    Note: FREE parking only for Annual Pass holders. Please get your parking ticket validated at Guest Service Counter.

  • Public Phones

    Coin-operated telephone can be found in the entrance area of the park.

  • Package Pick-up Services

    Designated pick-up area is at Mini Market.

  • Re-Entry into the Park

    Our day tickets allow only one entry per day but multiple entries per day for Annual Passes.  

  • Restrooms

    All restrooms are equipped with baby care facilities. Family restrooms and toilet facilities suited for our handicapped guests are available.

  • Recycling

    LEGOLAND is committed to protecting the environment. We ask for your assistance by disposing of your aluminum cans, plastic bottles and Park maps in the recycling containers located throughout the park.

  • Renewal (Annual Pass)

    You can renew your Annual Pass online or at LEGOLAND Malaysia ticketing counters.

  • Shopping

    Sorry, our LEGO models in the park are not for sale. But throughout the park's shops guests can find a large variety a large variety of LEGO toys, clothing and souvenirs to suit all tastes. 

  • Smoking

    LEGOLAND Malaysia is a smoke free zone! As a family theme park the good of our adult and especially of our little guests is close to our heart. Therefore, we have decided to declare our park to a smoke free zone. 

  • Strollers

    Stroller pricing has been revised since Jan 2015 – Single RM 40 and Double RM 60 ( deposit apply and refundable upon the return of stroller

  • Safety First!

    While there are many “hands-on” activities at the park, some attractions, such as MINILAND, are for viewing enjoyment only. It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to supervise those under their care while in the park. Each attraction experience is uniquely different. Ride and attraction participation requirements are determined by the ride dynamics, the restraint system used, and recommendations made by the manufacturer. Ride and attraction information and restrictions (such as height, health, size and age) are posted at each location. We appreciate your understanding of our need to provide a safe environment for all our guests.

  • Security & Courtesy When in Park

    Video surveillance cameras are in use at various locations around the park. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In order to help maintain our family atmosphere, we request that there be no offensive language or behavior. No offensive or rude clothing is allowed. Segways, roller blades, wheeled shoes and skateboards are prohibited. For the comfort of those around you, we request there be no flash photography, smoking, eating or drinking in any attraction. Park Rangers patrol all areas of the park and are more than happy to help or advise. No weapons of any kind are allowed on park property. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. LEGOLAND Malaysia reserves the right to search/inspect any item.

  • Tickets

    Guest to purchased tickets using computers only, mobile phone and laptop are not reccomended. Click HERE to buy our tickets.

  • Tricycles, Rollerblades, Kickboards

    Due to safety restrictions Tricycles, Rollerblades, Kickboards etc. are not allowed in the park. 

  • Wheelchairs

    A limited amount of wheelchairs is available at the Mini-Market in the main entrance area of the park. (Wheelchair cost – RM 50 for rental and RM 50 for deposit, total RM 100). 

  • Weather Alert!

    Due to Malaysia's tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of lightning within close proximity to the park, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all guests. Because these storms generally occur in the late afternoon or early evening, we recommend you plan to use this time for souvenir shopping, having an early dinner, or enjoying any of our indoor attractions.
