LEGOLAND® Park

Here you can find answers to your questions about the Theme Park in LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort.

The Theme Park opens daily except for Wednesday. The Water Park open daily except for Tuesday.

Tickets can be purchased from ticket booths at the entrance. Beware if you are offered tickets by individuals as we cannot guarantee that they are valid for entry. You may be asked to pay again at the entrance. 

Those already in possession of tickets printed at home, small yellow tickets or Annual Passes can head to the turnstiles. If you have booked your tickets in advance but have not received them, please proceed to Ticket Collection.

Tickets are available for advance purchase, please it check out HERE. Children below 3 are free. Present your child's ID or passport for verification purposes. 

Parking is located at Zone 1 & 2  (RM10 per entry). Free parking promotion can only be redeemed for parking at Zone 1 & 2. Touch N Go service is available. Please take note that the Zone 3 car park (beside Mall of Medini) is no longer a property of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

Parking for the disabled are located at Zone 1 car park, which is near to the park entrance. Contact us at +607 597 8888 in advance for arrangement. Please note this facility is strictly based on availability.

Free parking for Triple-Park Annual Pass holders at Parking Zone 1 & 2. Please get your parking ticket validated at Guest Service Counter at The Beginning before leaving the Parks.

Day tickets allow only one entry per day and multiple entries per day for Annual Passes. 

Facilities

In The Beginning, you will find the Guest Services, where our friendly Model Citizens (LEGOLAND employees) are ready to answer any questions and provide assistance.

ATM machine is available at The Beginning. 

Baby Care centres are available in the park with baby-changing facilities such as bottle warmers, high chairs, rockers for nursing moms, and a microwave. In addition, all restrooms in the Parks are equipped with diaper-changing tables while family restrooms are also available.

LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort has been designed with the needs of disabled guests taken into consideration. A special 50% off admission ticket is available at the ticketing counter. Kindly present ID for verification purposes. 

Risk assessments are conducted regularly and policies are reviewed annually to ensure that the Resort remains as accessible as possible to disabled guests, including wheelchair users.

Parking for the disabled are located at Zone 1 of the car park, which is near to the park entrance. Contact us at +607 597 8888 in advance for arrangement. Please take note that this facility is strictly based on availability.

This pass is for guests with disabilities or medical conditions. It is available at the guest services counter and allows the guest and one escort immediate boarding through the exit line.

LEGOLAND Malaysia has its own manned first aid station with qualified medical staff. It is located at LEGO City (next to Market Restaurant).

Prayer Room is located at The Beginning and Imagination area, next to the Pizza Mania outlet.

Lockers are available at throughout the Park(s). Locate them at The Beginning, The Great LEGO Race (LEGO Technic), Dino Island (Land of Adventure) and LEGOLAND Water Park.

All restrooms are equipped with baby care facilities. Family restrooms and toilets for handicapped guests are available.

Stroller rental available at RM58 (Single) and RM80 (Double). 

Deposit is required (refundable upon the return of stroller).

Due to safety restrictions, tricycles, rollerblades, kickboards etc. are not allowed in the park. 

Wheelchairs are available at the Mini-Market in the main entrance of the park. Rental charges are RM60 - Rough Rider and RM110 - Electric Conveyance Vehicle, with a deposit of RM50.

Due to safety regulations, the use of Electric Scooter Luggage is not allowed in the Park.

Please report any lost articles or return any found items to Guest Services Counter or any Park Ranger. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of personal property.

Designated pick-up area is at Mini Market.

FOOD

Outside food and beverages (except for infants or special medical needs) are not allowed into the Park. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

We offer a wide variety of restaurant choices from Asian to Western cuisines. All our menu items are prepared with Halal-certified ingredients and have vegetarian options. Each restaurant can also cater to special dietary needs. Please reach out to the restaurant chefs for any special requests.

Enquiries on specific dietary needs can be made at the food and beverages outlets in the park such as on gluten-allergy friendly food, where they are available and the prices.

PARK POLICY, RULES & REGULATIONS

While there are many “hands-on” activities at the park, some attractions, such as MINILAND, are for viewing enjoyment only. It is the responsibility of each parent or guardian to supervise those under their care while in the park. Each attraction experience is uniquely different. Ride and attraction requirements are determined by the ride dynamics, restraint system used and manufacturer’s recommendations. Ride and attraction information and restrictions (such as height, health, size and age) are posted at each location. We appreciate your understanding of our need to provide a safe environment for guests.

For safety reasons, admission to the attractions is restricted by age and height requirements. Please to always check the height and age guideline located at the rides or attractions area. You may also refer the Height Restrictions page or download our Resort Guide for further info.

Children can wait for their parents at Guest Services Counter in The Beginning. If you become separated from your child, please contact a Park Ranger or Model Citizen.

All LEGOLAND Malaysia attractions, rides and LEGO® brick models are protected by copyright. Guests must obtain written permission to use photographs or videos of LEGOLAND for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium. By entering LEGOLAND Malaysia, each guest consents to the use of their photographs or videos taken by the park for advertising and other promotional purposes without payment.

No pets are allowed into the Resort. 

Video surveillance cameras are in use at various locations around the park. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. In order to help maintain the family atmosphere, the use of offensive language and clothing and rowdy behaviour are disallowed. Segways, roller blades, wheeled shoes and skateboards are prohibited. For the convenience of other guests, flash photography, smoking, eating or drinking at the attractions are also prohibited. No weapons of any kind can be brought into the park area. Park Rangers are constantly on patrol and can be approached for assistance. LEGOLAND Malaysia is not responsible for any lost or stolen items and reserves the right to conduct searches or inspections.

Contactless payment is preferred. Payment can be made using VISA, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, China Union Payment (CUP) and Touch N Go e-wallet. Cash payment can only be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and Singapore dollar (SGD).  

Due to Malaysia's tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of lightning, outdoor attractions will be closed for the safety of all guests. As these storms generally occur in the late afternoon or early evening, it is recommended that guests allocate this period for shopping, eating or utilising the indoor attractions.
