IT Application Support Analyst
Working in a fast-paced and friendly environment, the Application Support Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the key revenue generating IT systems across the Merlin Entertainments Group. These include, but are not limited to admissions, e-Commerce, Retail, Food & Beverage, HR, Hotel & stock systems in a primarily Windows server/client environment.
SALES & MARKETING
Sales Manager (North Asia)
Plans, develops, implements and directs marketing and sales activities and programs for primarily China market and secondarily North Asia of Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan as well as assist HOS for the entire tour and travel industry.
Sales Manager (Travel & Tours)
Plans, develops, implements and directs marketing and sales activities and programs for the entire tour and travel industry. Generates sales through all market segments (domestic and international). Contributes to marketing and advertising strategies through the utilization of research information and contact management. Assists in the development of collateral sales materials for targeted markets and special projects.
Senior Sales Executive
Plans, develops, and manages the sales activities of LEGOLAND Malaysia, locally, regionally and nationally. Ensures sales attendance and revenue strategies and goals are determined and achieved to support the operating plans. Continually evaluates sales programs to compete successfully with other local and regional attractions and theme parks and stays abreast of industry trends.
Ground Service Assistants
This role supports on day-to-day cleanliness of the park and ensuring sufficient eminities in the washrooms including other tasks assigned to provide comfort to our park visitors.
Responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides, and ensuring passengers exit safely.
Responsible for collecting park passess from guests ensuring passes are the proper ticket for admittance and for correct date. The incumber shall provide information, assistance and direction to guests as well as assuring guests have proper criteria for re-admittance to park after exiting temporarily.
EVENT & ENTERTAINEMENT
The role of an Entertainer is to support the entire shows/performances in the resort. Performances include playing character roles or puppeteers who control and animate puppets for the Ninjago live performance and any other entertainment related tasks.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food & Beverage Assistant
Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies.
This role oversees the safety of Water Park guests by monitoring the attraction to prevent accidents. You will explain and enforce LEGOLAND Water Park policies and procedures; assist water park guests in distress or in danger of drowning.
This role is responsible for assisting the Mechanical Manager on the day-to-day maintenance operations in mechanical functions and delivery of assigned tasks/duties. Keeping both guests and Model Citizens safe is the departmental first priority.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations in mechanical functions keeping the rides and facilities safe for our guests and employees. You will work closely with the department team lead and supervisor for work assignments and deployment.
Inventory Control Assistant
The role is to support the Maintenance Department in managing and controlling the inventory for maintenance spare parts in LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and the company standards.
Documents & Quality Controller
Responsible to coordinates, implements, and maintains the company’s Document Control and Training System. Develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center; manages the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Responsible for opening and closing the Miniland Attraction, Control Room and works outside, monitoring and maintaining models during park open hours to ensure high guest satisfaction at all times. Carries out routine resets on all buttons, miniature cars, boats and effects keeping downtime to a minimum. Gives excellent customer service to guests by answering questions and giving assistance.
Responsible for securing all Hotel properties, guest and employees, ensuring that set security and safety procedures are followed.
Room Attendants (Hotel)
Responsible for providing guest a memorable experience by and maintaining guest rooms cleanliness and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards.
