Terms & Conditions Online Ticketing Promotion: Limited Edition JDT Annual Pass

Promotion Period & Eligibility

1. This promotion is available for online purchases made during the promotion period as published by LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, while stocks last.
2. This promotion is open to Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, and holders of valid long-term passes residing in Malaysia. Valid identification (MyKad or equivalent Malaysian identification) is required at redemption and upon entry. The Singapore pass availability is for Singaporeans and long term residents of Singapore. Valid ID/proof of residence will be required else a different price will apply.
3. This promotion is valid for new Annual Pass purchases only and does not apply to Annual Pass renewals, upgrades, replacements, exchanges, or conversions of existing passes.

Promotional Pricing (only available for Triple-Park Family Pass)

4. For Malaysia: the promotional Family Pass price of RM266 per pass (Adult and Child/Senior) applies to the Triple-Park Pass only, which includes admission to the Theme Park, Water Park, and SEA LIFE Malaysia. 5. 6. Double-Park and Single-Park passes are sold at their standard prevailing prices and are not subject to the promotional Family Pass price.

Sultan Ibrahim Stadium/JDT Limited Edition Card

6. The Sultan Ibrahim Stadium Limited Edition Annual Pass Card is available with all qualifying Annual Pass purchases made during the promotion period — Single-Park, Double-Park, and Triple-Park — subject to availability.
7. Limited Edition Cards are available for redemption from 4 June 2026 to 31 August 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first. Please note that if stocks of the card run out the customer will be issued with a regular Annual Pass and not the limited edition card.
8. Limited Edition Cards are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and are strictly subject to stock availability. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort does not guarantee availability throughout the promotion period.
9. Requests for Limited Edition Cards after the promotion period has ended, or after stocks have been depleted, will not be entertained, substituted, replaced, or compensated in any form.

Annual Pass Benefits

10. The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of redemption and entitles the holder to unlimited entry to the applicable park(s), subject to the restricted dates for each pass tier: Single-Park (March, June and December); Double-Park (15–31 December); Triple-Park (no restricted dates).
11. Annual Pass holders are entitled to a 15% discount on food and beverage purchases at all outlets within LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort, with no minimum spend.
12. Annual Pass holders are entitled to 10% off JDT Season Passes and discounts on official JDT merchandise, valid until 30 June 2027. These benefits are provided in collaboration with Johor Darul Ta'zim and are subject to JDT's own terms, availability, and conditions.
13. Upon expiry, the Annual Pass may be renewed at the prevailing Annual Pass renewal rate and terms applicable at the time of renewal.

Redemption

14. Guests must present their valid e-voucher (printed or digital copy, where accepted) at the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort Guest Services Counter for Annual Pass processing and card issuance, within 6 months of the date of purchase. Failure to present the required documentation may result in delays or refusal of redemption.
15. A different price may apply where valid identification is not provided at redemption or entry.

Admission & Age Categories

16. Age categories are defined as follows:

• Toddler: 2 years old and below
• Child: 3 to 11 years old
• Adult: 12 to 59 years old
• Senior Citizen: 60 years old and above

17. Toddlers under 3 years old enjoy free Theme Park admission (MyKad/ID required upon entry).
18. Children under the age of 3 visiting the Water Park must wear appropriate swim diapers at all times while using water attractions and facilities.
19. No person under the age of 14 will be admitted to the Resort unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times during their visit.

General

20. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, voucher, rebate, promotion, package, corporate rate, education rate, group rate, MyKad promotion, Annual Pass promotion, or any other special offer unless otherwise stated by LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort.

22. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to refuse admission, suspend benefits, cancel transactions, or deny redemption where fraud, misuse, abuse of the promotion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
23. LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
24. In the event of any dispute relating to this promotion, the decision of LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
